I went to the speedway in Ballston spa to get gas and a few items in the store.I purchased a scratch off ticket which won 100.Proceeded to cash it in and had the cashier scan it.After being scanned the employee said he had to call "Makayla" who was the evening manager.She rudely saidcI am not cashing that, our policy is to not pay out on scratch offs and I should go somewhere else to cash it.I took my winning ticket and went to Stewart's to have the ticket cashed.Then to my surprise they said the ticket was invalid because it was already cashed at speedway, with the terminal number on the receipt. Now I go back to speedway and explained this to Makayla.Once again with a very condescending and rude attitude said she couldn't do anything about it.Now I'm out 100 and speedway made a 100 profit. This employee is very rude and probably stole my 100. Beware of this employee.I will be making a complaint to Corporate and hoping there is a reasonable upper management person to look into this.No more of my business goes to this store!!!

Decent station prices on fuel are usually lower here. The place needs to be kept better though. Washer fluid containers with squeegee,s are always empty or no squeegee at all. Paper towels always non existant especially by the diesel pumps. They have kero here for anyone needing it just a fyi never in 8 years had any diesel issues here.

wonderful service, the kindest and most helpful staff i've ever have had at a gas station and i don't expect much. a shorter girl with dirty brown hair was extremely nice and kind to me when it was a bit busy. my go to spot

Almost always has the cheapest gas in town.Their beer selection is alright. They have good deals on the food but the quality is questionable. It's what you'd expect for gas station food.You can save some money if you catch their deals. Apparently the speedway card is good but I can't be bothered with that. I really only stop here for gas, which gives next to nothing in terms of speedway points for your card. If you wanna utilize that you get the best results buying food and their special weekly deals.At the end of the day, the place is alright. ?

I choose not to purchase gas here any longer, unless things change. Speedway recently marketed their own credit/rewards card, and they have made some sort of change to the chip-reading software at this station to process it for the purposes of discounts and rewards. I don't have the card and am not planning to get it. Their gas prices for non-members are still competitive even without the discount. Today I spent somewhere between 5-10 minutes between 2 pumps trying to get my card read. Over the course of that time, I think I received 6 different error messages, and never the same one twice: "Card not read," "Chip error," "Sale discontinued," "Please remove card," "Please see cashier." I think the fact that I got all these different messages doing exactly the same thing with my credit card each time tells you something about the software too. I finally gave up and went to the Speedway at Northway Exit 10. They have a different type of card reader at those pumps, and my card worked the first time. I paid a few cents a gallon more for my gas, but I'm not too concerned. Over the course of a month, the amount of money I "lose" for buying gas here would amount to the cost of a cup of coffee. This station lost a loyal customer and won't get me back unless they figure out what's wrong with the pumps

Without a doubt the worst speedway in the United States. Never clean, never have breakfast even watched them send an old lady away at 8am saying breakfast was over snd no one wanted to help her. Other stores you just ask and they help you. the manager is a joke. Worst employee at the store. And no one does anything about it

Not a good experience today with the cashier. Huge thumbs down. Charging me full price for a refill cup that was almost triple normal price at other speedway gas stations. Horrible management!!

Speedway has reasonably priced fountain soda, most always good gasoline prices. Their speedy rewards program is great. They sell beer and cigarettes. Also vaping items. Lots of cooler soda and other drinks. Most locations have pizza, breakfast sandwiches, and lunch items such as burgers, hot dogs and nachos. The have handicapped parking and restrooms. And I can't forget their wide range of coffees. It's a fast in and out. They don't have seating or table service. No outdoor seating either. I really enjoy stopping in for a fill up and a quick fountain soda. Generally a good experience.
