owner of Sipe N Sons is a 36-year-old Ballston Spa contractor is wanted in connection to vandalism of a property police say he was working at.Glenville Police say back on February 20th, just after 2:30 PM, officers responded to a building at Saratoga Road.There, according to police, someone used a skid steer with pallet forks to cause around $13,500 in damage to the building.

From the estimate to the completion I had all the confidence in the world that the job was being done the right way for a good price. Outcome was even better then I had imagined it being in my head. They put in 2 dry wells on the side of my house, patched and sealed the escape window well in my basement, and fixed some of the loose stonework on my front and rear patios. I was happy with the initial job, but 2 years later one of the dry wells is clogged (leading to water in my basement) and the stone paver steps off the back patio are loose. I understand that there may be certain environmental factors that could account for this, however, I reached out to them via email and phone more than 2 weeks ago, and they haven't gotten back to me. Yet, I've received a robo email on a weekly basis for the past 2 years urging me to submit a favorable review.

Did a nice job finishing up a kitchen installation (after the original contractor moved before the project was complete). The price was reasonable and they were easy to work with.
