I recently traveled to Saratoga, New York and discovered a gem of a yoga studio off the beaten path in downtown Ballston Spa. Saha Yoga is located in a quaint little studio within Artist Alley. With owner and instructor Tina Fetten, I was taken through a series of restorative yoga sessions that literally took the stress right out of me. Her ability to work with different students and focus on everyone's needs was extraordinary. In the 5 sessions that I took I never felt like I was doing the same routine. I'm a California girl who found zen in Ballston Spa thanks to Saha Yoga Studio.

Had such a great first time experience. They have amazing class hours and we're very so flexible for time on a private class. I can't wait until I can go back. They offer great pricing and really care about your needs!!!!

When I fist moved to the village, three years ago, I was stumped as to why there was no yoga space nearby. I was sure a place would eventually come, but didn't know when. Then, about a year and a half later, Saha Yoga emerged. I was thrilled, especially to see how close it was to where I live. I literally have to walk around the corner and there its is, beckoning me to come in with its pretty glowing window!! Ready or not, I'm heading over there to get back on my yoga track. I've heard nothing but good things and can't believe its taken me this long to get over there. See you soon

Caitlin is cool, calm and down to earth. The space is beautiful and makes you feel right at home. Caitlin did a great job accommodating my “beginner“ experience level and provided expert guidance though a lovely “gentle yoga†class. I highly recommend Saha Yoga!
