The first 2 times my husband’s transmission broke, the mechanics at Rowland St Garage were amazing and professional and did a great job dealing with our warranty company and the insurance. Now that the transmission has blown for a 3rd time due to the warranty company refusing to pay for a new transmission, the garage has decided that they will not fix the transmission “even though we’re losing out on at least $5k+” because the claim adjuster from the warranty company has said the car “smells awful” and even their own mechanics “refuse to work on it because they get sick whenever the doors are open”! The vehicle does NOT smell, only has a faint scent of mustiness because it’s been sitting in the lot for 2.5 weeks in the hot sun! When we complained and asked what to do, they told us to remove it immediately as they will never tough it again! And are completely non concerned about us driving a vehicle with a shot transmission off their property even though they’re the last people who touched the vehicle! Something changed since they opened the larger garage and their work has gone straight downhill and they have zero cares about customers now. We will never use them again & will warn everyone we know to stay far far away!!

All I can say is, WOW! Rowland Street Garage, is one of the best in the business. I have lived in many places, owned dozens of cars and seen the entire spectrum of repair shops, from good to bad, and everything in between. I have used Rowland Street for my companies fleet of trucks and cars, my personal vehicles and even to purchase a truck for my father-in-law. I can say, with complete confidence that Rowland Street is a fantastic place to bring your vehicle for repair and or service. The entire team, from Brian (GM) to Jen (Office Manager) to the guys and gals turning the wrenches in the shops are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly! The beautiful new shop is very clean and a nice comfortable place to wait, or even get some work done while you wait in the lounge like setting.

WOW BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
I am traveling alone with my mother (2 daughter from Quebec) I have a problem on the road during the night. The next morning when we opened we had an appointment at 9am the same day!!!! WOW!!! ? We are very well received, the garage is clean, the employees are smiling and professional! We immediately feel confident and in good hands!!! I know I will resume my long journey safely!! 10/10 service!!! Thank you to the whole very human team! ??

I’m writing on my wife, phone. This is Phil Priolo. The final price was cheaper than quoted. Rotors, calipers,tires. My car is 11 years old and I never had a breaking system that matched the quality as new, they surpassed the expectations, This place did a fantastic job and now I won’t go to any other place. My daughter takes her car there and is very happy with their workmanship. This is the 3rd time I took my car to them and they never ever over sold me. 5 Stars, thank you Gary.

This was our first experience at Rowland St Garage and it exceeded our expectations. We made an appointment for a Wednesday, and I had to drop our truck off Monday due to a work conflict- not expecting to have it looked at until the scheduled appointment time. Tuesday morning at 8:30am I received a call and they had already looked at the truck, diagnosed it and ordered the part needed. Said it would be done Friday, and surely it was. We were in a bit of a pinch to get our truck fixed and this shop went above and beyond to help us out. Big shoutout to Katrina at the front desk who was extremely friendly and Brian in the shop who communicated with us every step of the way. We so appreciate the service and will be back in the future! Thank you all!

Rowland Street Garage is one of the best in service in the area. I have been in to the garage several times and everything time I go I experience highly qualified professionals in their field. Friendly, knowledgeable and price comparison can not be beat. You can not ask more more when dealing with the comfort and safety of you and your family driving around.
