“Jackson's Auto did it again. Last week, I brought my Acura to the shop for Braking issues. When I called the office to make the appointment, Mary stated that they were booked solid for the day I was asking for. Mary then asked what was going on with my vehicle and when I explained, she immediately said she could move a few appointments and get me in. Jackson's did a great job getting my Acura to drive smooth again. Definitely plan to bring both our vehicles to them in the future. “Immaculate service! I very last minute decided to go to the Wilton valvoline before i had to be at work. I think I pulled in around 10:40. I needed a headlight fixed and they said they could do it. They also noticed my windshield wiper was the wrong size and offered to fix that for me as well. I said yes and they were very efficient and got me out of the bay by 10:55 making me on time for work by 11. They were all very nice and did a great job without trying to sell a bunch of things to me. Will definitely be returning.”

“While there to get an oil change and annual inspection, I witnessed an interaction with an incredibly rude customer and staff handled it beautifully. The manager stepped in to take over for an employee that was being rudely spoken to, neither employee escalated the situation, and they simply gave the person what they needed and remained professional and polite. The entire waiting room agreed that it was a ridiculous way to behave, and that the staff was amazing! So impressed by the customer service and highly recommend.”
