I was at my gym for 2 weeks in June. What an awesome place to train and Mark is a great gym owner who welcomes just about everyone by name. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 weeks there and found it to have plenty of weights and equipment plus cardio upstairs. It is the best basement gym ever!
