I am a procrastinator when it comes to getting taxes done. I decided to use Liberty Tax again this year because they both called me and treated me well the last time I used them a few years ago. Today was no different. Korina Jones, my tax specialist, was friendly, professional, and efficient. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I was also happy to get 50% off my service today because of the phone call.Overall, I'm glad I decided to take the fuss out of my tax preparation by choosing Liberty Tax; I am sure I got more money back this year than when I did them on my own. I will definitely be going back next year. Thank you again Korina!

The folks over here at Liberty Tax have set the bar pretty high for anyone in need of any tax related help!Brian & Kevin have single handedly helped me for the past 8 years. Their vast knowledge on the many levels that taxes have, has really reassured my reasons for sticking with them. This was my first time using Liberty Tax and I was anxious. But Korina was great! She was professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She completed my tax return quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

If i could give more than 5 stars, I would. I came here based on 100% 5 star ratings and a horrible past experience from 2021. Korina fixed 2021 processing errors and did my taxes with the confidence i search for in tax preparation services. Korina has been doing my taxes for many years- I have complete trust in her, she is the best! She used to work in an office less than a mile from me, now she's about 20 miles away, but I wont go to anyone else!
