I have gone to the store for over 12 years its generally been good experiences. Today at the checkout the employee would not acknowledge me in any for or fashion, then proceeded to talk inappropriately with her co workers. I don’t foresee going back to Hannaford again.

I'm a frequent Hannaford shopper but Was not pleased at all with the customer service with Sam at the deli this morning felt like I was an inconvenience to her for being there , she was very miserable and it was an unpleasant experience ,will not be returning to that Hannaford

Great customer service. The pharmacy usually has meds that others like CVS are constantly out of stock. Best customer service experience I've ever had at ANY pharmacy and is consistent. They actually care and go the extra mile.. Prices are similar to Market32 aka Price Chopper. Produce has never been an issue for quality for myself. I wish they had more sales similar to Market32, and higher rewards. Store brands are excellent.

Great store to shop for good deals, join the rewards club and get reward dollars and great free stuff, not to mention manufacturer coupons to clip and add on your rewards card in their app.
All the employees are very nice.

Always a good experience at Ballston Spa Hannaford on Trieble Avenue. During the pandemic and now Hannaford has stepped up their game with their app coupons, sales on meat and overall price comparison. Many times the prices are compatible with Aldi. But unlike Aldi you get a lot of services like a knowledgeable butcher or helpful associate. I used to laugh when friends called Hannaford 'Can't Afford'. That moniker no longer fits...:-)
