I had never taken kickboxing before, and I thought that the 6-week transformation program would be a great start. In addition to that I signed up for healthy lifestyle coaching with Sami. In the past, I have had a hard time being consistent when it comes to exercise, and I was working on my accountability. I mentioned that in my very first meeting with Amanda. I exclusively attend the Glenville studio and from the very first class, I was welcomed and encouraged not only by the coaches but by my peers as well. Mike and Paula are great instructors and I have enjoyed working with them. I have noticed a change in my body, and I am getting stronger every day. I learned some great nutrition tips from Sami to add to my healthy journey arsenal. Amanda checks in often and has helped me remain accountable. Overall, I have enjoyed myself and will continue to work hard to reach my goals.”

“The pool was large and clean. I was surprised at the amount of seating space to watch the events. The area was long and small with bench seating. Visibility was good unless they were in lane 1. Great lighting and the scoreboard was great too. People were nice and the building was in great shape.”

They always tell you about any promotions and always ask you if you need anything. You can tell they're doing their job without being pushy because it feels sincere. They always greet you, ask how you're doing and talk to you as if you are a friend of the club. The manager, Nicolette, sets the tone for the rest of the staff and it is obvious. I have yet to work with anyone in there that wasn't friendly and courteous. Seems like a great place to work. Again, the place is clean! Which is so important.”

1220 NY-146, Clifton Park“I have been going to the Clifton Park Vent for almost a year now and I am enjoying my membership. The equipment is well maintained and the locker room is always clean. I have not tried any of the classes, so I can not speak to those. I usually arrive between 730am - 830am during the week and have yet to struggle finding open equipment to use which is nice. The other members are very respectful which creates a comfortable atmosphere. Staff is always cordial and helpful which I appreciate.”
“Great place to go to! They update it often, the staff are usually friendly! It can get crowded at times around 4-5, but still a good place.The loss of one star is for: the water filters they are rarely replaced, or staff does not know how to. Also the men’s locker room can get pretty “musty””
“I was at my gym for 2 weeks in June. What an awesome place to train and Mark is a great gym owner who welcomes just about everyone by name. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 weeks there and found it to have plenty of weights and equipment plus cardio upstairs. It is the best basement gym ever!”
