Over priced. I went there and purchased some valves I needed. Their web site said they were $20 but they charged me $28. Home Depot would have been $15 for the same valve. I won't go here again for parts or fixtures.

My wife and I have visited the FW Webb showroom in Ballston Spa a few times. We did not have an appointment. I spoke with Scott Lee, showroom consultant, a few times. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would recommend him without question. The showroom is also excellent.

I have walked into the showroom a number of times, just looking for a bathroom fan. The place is always empty; I don't know if they just deal with contractors, because there is virtually no assistance there. I don't recommend anyone to just walk in and ask for help.

Beautiful place with the worst service. The saleswomen was unpleasant and rude as soon as we arrived.

Worst service ever. I have been in this industry over 20 years, and never been treated so poorly. They're quick to get a card when your client is spending thousands, and then tell you to shop somewhere else when you need a $10 tub drain. I'll take my clients $$$ elsewhere.
