Every time I come to this DD they always mess up the order. No matter what flavor iced coffee I get there I get 5 cream and 5 flavor shots of syrup am just up the road when I get home there is no flavor in it. A week ago my mom got a hot coffee she got 6 cream it was cold when we got home like I said just up the road. The lady told us it because of how much cream it cools the coffee down it didn’t cool it that much also it was a large coffee.

It's Dunkin Donuts. The food is always the same . This location has a customer service problem. The staff here for inside pickup is not friendly. The management belittles the employees in front of the customers. I would avoid this location.

When we ordered our drink, person at window was understanding but we were charged extra for milk..a basic drink should not be an upcharge for milk cause we did not want and cannot digest creamer..we will be going down the road for our coffee or tea since there is not an additional charge for milk

Sandwiches are always almost cold. Cheese is never melted. No consistency with coffee when getting cream and sugar added.

Have lived next to this dunkin for 5 years and literally EVERY TIME!! Me and my wife order from here our whole order is wrong and messed up!! EVERY TIME!!!! This dunkin SUCKS!!

We come here every day, today my wife was placing a mobile order and we were 10 seconds out from placing it with no cars behind me I pulled up. The woman who was on the drive through at 11.45 on 1st Feb has the worst attitude and rude tone I've dealt with. She will lose you business. She explained the process is you must order ahead of time, no problem with that but I refuse to do business from someone who talks to people like that. Such a pity, the staff are always friendly and sweet.

Staff that’s been there is great. New staff are RUDE! Food taste like chlorine and when using app people at window don’t know how to use it I didn’t get the munchkins, paid for the coffee which was to be free just to get going. When I went back a couple days later I showed the items paid for but didn’t get and was treated very rudely and told to call the app…. Lost a steady customer…won’t ever be back!

The reason why this Dunkin’ Donuts has such low ratings is because the management here does not care about the customer experience. I came here after dropping my daughter off at the bus stop. It was already a hectic morning, and I only had my cell phone to pay. Instead of telling me that I could come inside and pay with my tap to pay physical at the machine. He told me that Apple Pay wasn’t working, and I was unable to use that sort of payment at this time. I went home to get my wallet to come back to get the coffee and by that point the entire store was talking about how “ dumb it was for me to not have a wallet on me” with this person leading the conversation… I asked to speak to the manager, and that was the manager… while standing in line I saw other people used to have tap to pay, and I realize that I could’ve just been told to use tap to pay inside only at this time but it was clear my business wasn’t wanted. I stop at this Dunkin’ everyday and this is the first time Apple pay wasn’t working. I hope they have a different manager, for if a real crisis arises.

I come here all the time as i work across the street. I came in the drive thru and ordered an iced coffee and 2 donuts and i only received 1 donut. i didn’t go back around because i had to get to work but i came back on my break to get my donut that i paid for that i DIDN'T receive and because i didn’t have my receipt the lady told me i couldn’t get my donut that i already paid for. So i had to pay for ANOTHER donut because someone didn’t do there job correctly and didn’t give me it in the first place. i should also mention the donut that was given to me was not what i asked for.

90% of food items are out of stock. Staff was poor trained and unable to satisfy the most basic requests. Sorry yourself the trip and the aggravation.

The staff was slow and not efficient. The male manager at the time 7/6 at 1100 was rude and mouthy and ignorant!!! I do NOT recommend this place!!
