I spoke with this Vet about some reproductive services (Artifical Insemination) for my female American Bully. When they found out the breed of my dog the attitude of the workers changed instanly. I was notifed that they would not see me just because my dog was an American Bully. I found a different Vet they would perform the AI but there was some simple blood testing that was needed prior to the AI. Harmony agreed to see my dog for the blood testing vía phone call with my new Vet and everything seemed to be moving forward. Once i noticed my female was showing signs of her Estrous Cycle, I called Harmony again to make this appointment. They refused to see me once again once I stated the breed of my dog. The reason i was given is that a lot of pitbulls are in shelters and they will not take in part in the reproduction. Even though my dog is not a Pitbull... an American Bully is a different breed entirely. HARMONY is a very misleading name for this clinic... Disappointed is an understatement.

I had sent them the frozen semen for my dogs. We did not need it for several years. When the time came to use it, we were given very poor, but expensive instructions resulting in them using precious semen too late. The b**** went there several times as they asked (comming from over 2 hours away.). But their methods made the process doen too late. The owner knew this and kept trying to tell them, Dr. Todd wouldn't listen. No puppies and a lot of money spent. Then they gave me a bad time getting the semen moved.

Although I only brought my cat there for the last few months of his life the staff there was wonderful and pleasure to work with. I moved to the area with my 14 year old cat who with a slew of GI issues can be intimidating. They listen to his medical history, my concerns and did not make me feel as though I was overreacting to changes in his health. Their kindness and heart when I had to put him to sleep was what every pet owner would want and what they deserve. They go above and beyond with their care. I wouldn't send people anyplace else.
