Jayne and Michael always take excellent care of me, as well as everyone whose care I’ve witnessed. Very accommodating! Very clean. They are alone so at times a wait might be required; but it never takes away from their time with you. We are all individually important.

When I went here my nails were filed uneven and they ruined the actual shape of my nails. They are way to thin so they all cracked within a week of getting them done. I tried to give this place a chance a couple times and it got worse each time. The man working there was EXTREMELY rude and when I asked him to fix my nail he picked my hand up, aggressively filled it and threw my hand back down on the table. The lady who works there is very nice and fixed my one nail. Unfortunately they were all rough, uneven, and filled incorrectly. I will never be returning here and recommend you don’t either.

Got gel nails and they lifted in the back within the first week. They’re too understaffed (only the two owners working) so I felt that it was done too hastily. When I went back the next week to get a new manicure (I did not demand them to fix it I just got a new set), I told them what happened to give them feedback. I was being peaceful about it but they did not take it well and blamed the bad nail job on me. They said last time I told them to paint it all the way to touch the cuticle, making up a whole conversation I never had with them. I assume they wanted to save their reputation in front of their other customers. I said I don’t remember that. Also, when I asked for my nails to be filed, she said I was being difficult. It may have been a language barrier because I already told the guy who took off the old gel that I want the same shape just shorter, but he never filed my nails. Either way, I didn’t like the attitude and name calling. I apologized for being “difficult” and did explain that I did tell the guy that I asked for the nail filing. I don’t recommend this place to anyone anymore. I used to bring in my friends here to get our pedis done together, so I expected a little more respect and friendliness. Seems like they have enough customers that they were willing and eager to lose me as a regular.

Got my toes done there a little over a week ago and they're already chipping. I've gotten my toes done at other places and it's lasted for months. The whole process felt a little rushed and I didn't really get the relaxed and laid back atmosphere I expect when getting a pedicure. This isn't the first time this kind of thing had happened here either.

Very welcoming and friendly. My first time going, however I’m not sure I will go back because they didn’t do enough coatings of ANC- (two coatings), pretty much see through at the top of my nails, and they did nothing with my cuticles. Clean establishment, however not sure I would want to pay to not have my nails properly done again. Feel bad having anything negative to say considering how nice they are, however I do expect my nails to be done right.
