This CVS is a MESS! They NEVER have enough employees. Shelves are is complete disarray. They always have carts sitting in the aisles just left there. There is NEVER a cashier around - they have 2 "self checkout" machines that literally NEVER work!!! They always, always, always fail and require assistance, but there is never anyone around to help. So I wind up waiting for someone to notice a customer at the register. I can only imagine what the financial and administrative situation must be. It seems amazing they are not already out of business. This is as BAD as it gets. I feel sorry for the handful of employees still working there. They can't fix the problems. If I could give a ZERO star rating, I would. Frustrating. It used to be a normal, standard pharmacy but it fell apart.

CVS double day ave Ballston spa NY.... HORRIBLE horrible horrible pharmacy I have a long lists of reasons why. With this leg break Ive finally had enough...will be leaving a review soon(they only have a rating of 2.5 on Google as it is) and will switch to Hannaford on Monday where they don't mind helping, connecting to a pharmacist takes 30 seconds as opposed to almost 5 minutes on the phone with CVS(no exaggeration), where you get treated as a human, dont have to jump through hoops for things like a covid shot, and they don't continuously mess up your meds forcing you to make a second even third trip to get your prescriptions. They gave my dad the wrong perscription yesterday (he took a bus/bike from Defreestville on top of it for me)...then they told me since they made this mistake they couldn't refill it again until tomorrow(legalities)which is now today(for the 3rd time now)....so I get a text saying they can't fill it until the 13)??????....nnnnnnooooppppe not good enough Then last month they shorted me 12 pills from one bottle and gave me an extra pill from another.... I called them they apologize and guess what I had to go back out a second time to get the rest of my prescriptions this is absolutely ludicrous!!!! And this time when I go to get this prescription it will be my third attempt. So instead of getting 90 pills I'll get 72 because last week they gave me a 3-day supply now they just give me another 3 days supply then I can finally go back in and pick up the 24 remaining days ????? customer service there is terrible too there's like one good guy there and most of them suck they think they're higher and Almighty than everybody else it's b*******. And the reviews I read last night made me sick like I can't believe how terrible they treat their customers(so it wasn't only me)and how many mistakes they make or how many times you don't feel like actually attempting to help a person in need you guys are basically nurses and doctors in a sense and you guys are cold-hearted icky icks lol fumbling around with peoples health. Oh yeah over the summer I was shorted another time on my meds and guess what??? Had to go back out again to get my meds they miscounted.... Or for all I know they've had pharmacists stealing from the inside....which is why they are so quick to give me the meds when they mess up trying to save face. Very likely junkies are there if meds are missing....thinking we won't notice....WRONG...COUNT YOUR MEDS PEOPLE! Change pharmacies any other pharmacy is better than CVS from I've been reading.?

A thousand stars and let me tell you why. you have two employees doing everything. Cash register, photo, working the floors, maintenance and they are severally underpaid because it's an hourly CVS job not Apple. Alright, so let's keep the workers happy with a simple pay increase and they might just keep the store open instead of closing an hour early each evening.

they screwed up my daughters adhd meds cutting her short more than once now and when talking to the rep today they hung up on me mid conversation no bye nothing midway talking I just hear click will never go back or trust them ever again

Why are there even employees? No one is ever in the front and if they are, they prompt me to use the self check out. Morons. If I wanted this, I could have just bought my stuff on amazon. Nah, I'll just be a robot in real life. Open your eyes! This is why the American people should of united and gave Andrew Yang the platform he needed in order to help us and not hinder us. In the next 5 to 10 years do people not realize well over 30% of the job market will be replaced by self checkout kiosk machines, self driving vehicles, and online transactions. Andrew Yang knows all to well of this impending doom that has no one waiting to tend to your needs once the wave crashes and starts to roll back. We need to help one another and not be willfully ignorant to these changes that will have irreversible affects once implemented. Fight the powers at be!
