went into this location for an estimate. The damage on my daughters car is on the door. I understand we have to get a completely new door. I had my daughter go in and get the estimate herself, you know having her adulting. The estimate came in over $7K+. I felt the estimate came in very high, I called Cole's to ask Randy the manager why if he could take the time to explain the estimate and help me understand the cost. I spoke to the receptionist and she said he would call me back. After waiting for a few days to hear back, I tried reaching out to Josh Jewett the General Manager. Once again I had to leave a message and no one every followed up with me. I just needed to understand the cost. They are a preferred shop with my insurance State Farm and I was ready to trust them but I had this thing bugging me that it was just a little high. At this time I did an online estimate with competitor and quote came in $5K less. I know the online is not 100% accurate but wow that was very different. I started calling around and found a local shop with great reviews. I went, they were very professional. He explained all the costs, explained that cost was high for such minor damage due to having to replace the door. He went into full detail and it really helped me understand the cost. He also offered to explain everything to my husband he wanted to call in. Needless to say, I went ahead and booked the repair, the estimate came in at $3,300. Totally lost my trust in Cole's Collision Center, they never took the time to explain why they were $4K more, makes me wonder what they are hiding. All I asked for was for a call back to explain the estimate. I understand labor costs, and material cost are expensive. If I had received a call back I would have been satisfied and made my decision to shop around or use them, once again I feel like they are hiding something and that is why they did not call me back. I guess I should say thank you for not calling back, you saved me $4K at the end of the day.

Cole's Collision of Ballston Spa is excellent. I recently needed a repair and I was pleased to be able to stop by immediately and received by estimate within an hour or two. I appreciated advice about the necessity of the repair, information about insurance, a timeline for the repair and was kept updated on a weekly basis. I was assisted with acquiring a rental and felt all my questions were answered in a friendly and efficient manner. Randy and the entire staff are easy to work with and I give them my highest recommendations.Services: Painting

I brought my Prius with partially detached bumper to the shop and got fantastic service. My bumper was restored to original condition and the job was done in very short time. People in the shop were extremely pleasant to dial with. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Mike B.

After 20 years with a different Auto Body shop, I'm switching permanently to Cole's! I had always heard great things about them, but when my insurance company and husband both highly recommended them, I gave them a try! Their work was impeccable, their space was much more upscale than I was used to, but most importantly their customer service was equal to none! Julie was so friendly and professional, keeping me informed every step of the way. She explained to me exactly what would happen with the rental I was getting. When the rental company tried to charge me over $300, instead of the $50 Julie had told me, I went right back into Cole's and informed Julie. She was able to speak to the rental agent and pull up facts on her computer to prove that the actual fee should be $50. I was so relieved and felt like I was in such good hands there at Cole's! To be rear ended is an unfortunate experience. But then to have been made to pay over $300 needlessly, would have really added to the negative experience! I am sticking with Cole's from here on out! I highly recommend them.

I was rear ended in a parking lot. The back of my car was crushed. I didn’t know where to go and was searching! Boy was i so glad that I brought my car to Cole’s collision of Ballston Spa. This place is amazing when it comes to customer service. They are right on target when it comes to details and most of all their work. They really care about the quality of the work and the satisfaction of the customers. My car came out better than new. I highly recommend Cole’s collision of Ballston Spa. I worked mostly with Randy and Julie but all the employees are caring and kind and it’s that old fashion service that we all remember and want.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Came here to get the rear of my car fixed after I was rear-ended. This experience was a roller coaster with insurance, Enterprise, and the repair shop, all trying to communicate effectively and timely. (My comments on my experience with Enterprise are on their reviews). Though I did have to wait a total of 1 month (2 weeks for logistics issues getting a rear gate and 2 weeks in total for the repair) I was pleased with the results even though the updates about my car were a little spotty. They are busy and I understand that but from a person who treats their vehicle as a prized possession I'm a little aggressive with making sure it's done correctly and in a timely manner especially since I'm still paying my car payment while this is being completed. Was appreciative of the basic detail they gave to my car after (I would avoid cleaning any front windows and screens as mine had a really thick film of grease that showed up after a few days on EVERYTHING). Overall, I still give the shop 5/5 stars as they did what they were expected to and fixed my car to original condition. Side Note: Marty was super awesome with being attentive to my calls, texts, and emails during this process, as well as keeping a good attitude about it. That made the difference between this experience being horrible to bearable. Thank you Marty.

Cole's Collision Center in Ballston Spa, NY restored the paint on my 2016 Ford F-150. Lew and I were enjoying an ice cream at the Humpty Dumpty and a poor guy just backed right into us.After Zack's magic, the Paint looked better than it did when we first purchased the pickup. I cannot begin to give as much praise as I would like for the Good job performed by Cole's.Randy Randall, Manager, Julie and all the people in the office plus Zack, the wizard who brought our vehicle back to perfection did a wonderful job. Julie coordinated with the insurance company and with Enterprise rental vehicles and it was just as simple and easy as it could be made.I guess you understand that I highly recommend Cole's.Service: Painting

Hello - I’m Sandy Meader and I brought my car into Coles Collision last week to ask if they would consider fixing my driver side car door. They told me to bring it in the following week, leave it for half a day and they would work it in because it was a small job and wouldn’t take much time. I brought it in yesterday. They called me an hour after I dropped it off to say the work was done. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE !!!!! There is no trace of any previous damage to my car door. I also need to say how personable, accommodating, and helpful theColes crew are. Never hesitate to give them a call if you need help.

I highly recommend Cole's Collision Center of Ballston Spa. I have brought two vehicles to this location for an estimate. Both times I have been treated with respect and the representatives have taken time to look at the issues with no guarantee I would use them for the work. The first time they recommended I not address a cosmetic issue because of the cost of repair compared to the value of my vehicle. The second time they gave me an honest estimate with no obligation on my part. I tried to get Caliber Collision (located just up the road), to give me an estimate. They refused to even look at my car for at least 5-6 weeks unless I committed over the phone to getting the work done there and dropping the car off with no prior estimate. If I committed over the phone, they would have taken the car immediately. If you are considering choosing between Cole's and Caliber, you should definitely choose Cole's.

I went to Cole's after my car was rear ended and the back bumper was ruined. They were very quick to repair everything on my car and their communication was fantastic. They kept us updated on everything that was going on and they even finished my car one day earlier. It drives better than it did before and it came back looking better than when we handed it in. I am very pleased with the service I received at Cole's in Ballston Spa. The staff was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I was frequently updated on the progress of the repairs. The end result was wonderful. I highly recommend Cole's in Ballston Spa!

Let me tell you something I'm not the kind of person who takes the time to leave reviews, and I've been to collision shops all over this country. But today, I was so impressed with this company and what I experienced that a review is definitely needed. Cole's Collision Center is, in my opinion, the gold stadard. The quality of work done on my vehicle was truly excellent. Their rates not inflated and completely fair. Randy is an impeccable professional. He's extremely courteous and knowledgeable. If you need any body repair to your vehicle, this is the place to go. Sincerely, a very happy customer!!
