“Love this place ! Love the atmosphere and I just want to buy everything when I go in! I don't know of anywhere else I can buy this quality of baby/children's clothing ( other than online). They had some cool earthy, natural kids toys too. Of course I have to mention all the natural/ sustainable soaps and household cleaning tools. I feel inspired in here. The shirt I just bought for my son is so soft! Love it.”

“This place was adorable if only my son was younger, but we got him a puzzle from here (he's obsessed with puzzles) and he loves it. Cute store. He also loved the wooden animals but we have enough animals laying around our house so no more lol.”

“An Old Navy with a wide selection of all the different departments (women's, boys, baby's, etc.). Always plenty of staff on hand and not messy like some stores. Love coming here!”

“JCPenney is JcPenny, but what makes this location great is Ellen. I come here quite often and she's always around ready to help in any way. She knows where things are located. She always has access to discounts and coupons. She is super friendly and loves a good chat while she rings up your purchases. Management should give this lady a raise if not place her in position to be on the management team. When I shop here I look for her at the register and stand in line just to have her cash me out. The clothes here is getting limited all the time, the shoe department has very few choices for men and kids. They did a overhaul of their Sephora section in the center of the store. Their prices are cheaper than Macys for sure. Next time your in the area be on the look out for Ellen and write your review here on Yelp.”

“I recently came here as a new client after another salon continuously disappointed me with bad hair cuts and burns from waxing. Lisa Marie did my cut. She is sooo good. She talked with me first to ensure she knew what I wanted, she gave an excellent cut, exactly what I had asked for. She had her work cut out for her because the other salon had messed it up a month prior. She was friendly and professional and I will certainly be back. Thank you!!”

“I enjoy the selection of books, toys & holiday items. I do not enjoy the staff, except one lovely middle-aged woman who waited on me last visit. Two visits ago, I purchased over $150, as I did 3 other visits to this location. However, staff "service" was pathetic! They visited (about work to be accomplished that week) quite loudly from behind the counter; no one is EVER helping on the floor! Twice I've required staff assistance & was told to reach for the highly placed item myself, despite the fact that I'd stated I needed help with it! The other unfortunate shopping trip I had stacked, per 'policy' heavier & bulkier items (books & a toddler, play area safety pen) on the side shelf near the last register. I was unable to check out at that register due to the stores persistent clutter at the registers & was loaded right up when I finally reached the 3rd register down (having waited with all my heavy load for 10 minutes already, due to long lines.) I told the cashier about my items at the further end of the counters, assuming she'd go grab them for me on her side, where there weren't lines to try to push thru) ... well, you know what they say about "assuming," right?!? Yeah. She just stared, then glared at me when I didn't move to do it & again said my arms & back were killing me, couldn't she PLEASE help me & grab them for me... NOTHING! After a VERY uncomfortable minute, I just fought back thru each line TWO TRIPS due to the large number of items (MINIMAL SPACE in the lane ways in this store are SURELY a fire hazard?!?) &, by necessity, returned to that register for her to complete my sale. The surrounding customers honestly appeared equally mortified, having clearly witnessed her & my exchanges since we were all shoved tightly into the small register area.) I will say again that although the checkout area was equally hazardous my last visit, the cashier I had was splendidly helpful, understanding & engaging. She grabbed my similarly stacked items again at the 1st register side area (those of us who buy books 1st are destined to use this side shelf!) without hesitation! She even sold me an extra item at the counter! I will continue returning as I love the stores concept, choices & value. I truly wish they'd rent or purchase a much larger shopping area! I've been told there are vast amounts of items stored away, too, which boggles my mind as to why the owners wouldn't wish to strike sales while the iron is scorching hot, as they say! Please train your staff on the value & necessity of customer SERVICE. Please get into a larger, comfortable shopping space. Please (this is every visit I've had) make staff training & planning times BEFORE the store opens, ONLY WITH STAFF PRESENT. Then they'd not be ignoring shoppers to discuss staff assignments behind the counter. It's poor management.”

“After going round Target (missing stock / sizes), Kohls (missing sizes again), got what I needed - right size and good variety at very good prices- and with a door buster sale price made it even better. Hope that JC stays the course at the Wilton Mall”

“This evening on 12/13/19 I received the best customer service ever and would like to give “ kudos” to Beth whom assist me in the Jewelry department. She was very pleasant, helpful, patient and help me save money. Please I would like her to know what a great asset she is to all customers and your company. Have a Merry and Bless Holidays to all in my favorite JCPenney store # 1591.”
