What a fabulous shop. The owner is a pure pleasure and carries a unique and expansive selection from local artisans. You can always find a great gift in just moments at boho chic.

I love this shop. Keri has an eclectic mix of lovely locally sourced items. Delight at every turn. It feels like Christmas, no matter the season. I'll definitely be back.

I really love this place. It has a unique assortment that feels carefully and skillfully curated. Everything in there is of great quality. It's one of those places that feels small but you can walk through a dozen times and still find things you didn't see on the last pass. I love the environmental focus and the slightly witchy vibes. You can certainly come here for your pagan and Wiccan needs as well!

This is honestly a beautiful boutique, and I really admire the focus on local or state made items. However it is quite expensive and out of my own price range at the moment.I currently can’t afford to shop at this boutique, but I will say, the owner was very attentive to me when I visited and never made me feel like I was shopping outside my price range. And that really means a lot to me. She treated me like I was any other guest, who would be in the income bracket to properly shop the store. I didn’t feel like I was poor and couldn’t afford the items, and that was very nice.If I’m able to afford the items at this boutique I wouldGLADY shop here, just based on the way I was treated when I was just looking and getting ideas for gifts. I never felt like I “didn’t belong.” I felt as if I did belong, and I feel bad for not being able to afford something, as this is truly a business that I would love to support. The fact that I wasn’t made to feel like poor trash meant so much to me. I’m normally very hesitant to shop locally owned, non vinyl music related stores due to being seen as “not being able to afford” what the boutique has to offer. And while I knew I couldn't afford this boutique’s offerings, I was never madeTo feel like I didn’t belong or that I would be better off shopping at Walmart. And that truly goes a long way. If I’m ever able to spend more freely, this will be one of the very first places I stop at. For the products, and the dignity and respect that I was treated with.If you can afford it, please shop here!

I walked in here with no expectations and absolutely fell in love with the products, atmosphere, and store owner. If you are in the Ballston area, you absolutely need to stop by. Boho Chic hosts products from local artists and jewelers. In addition, everything in the shop is fair trade. I value the time the owner most have put into creating this space. If I am ever in upstate New York again, I will absolutely stop by.Also, Boho Chic ships. ?

We need more shops like this! This is such a gem of a find. This is NOT another overpriced boutique. All the products are made locally, with care and high quality materials. If you want really meaningful gifts, either for yourself or your loved ones, this is the perfect place. The owner is a ray of sunshine who explains everything and cares deeply about sustainability. I wish there were more locations!

This is the best shop around, hands down. Not just for the clothes or the products either. The overall atmosphere is somehow exhilarating and relaxing at the same time. And the owner makes every single person feel important and special and it’s not an act. She has an abundance of love that goes out with every single thing she sells. I’d give six stars if it were an option.

It took me a bit to write this review, but I happen to see someone else had a similar experience. This used to be the store I would go to on a whim because I loved the products and the atmosphere. I spent a lot of my time and money here around the holidays getting gifts. I was on a great friendly basis with the owner she even emailed me when a product came in which was really considerate. I loved this place so much I told my mother about it. She then went to the store to look around while waiting for her food at a restaurant down the street. The owner who was always lovely to me was extremely cold to my mother because she was looking around. My mother tried to make small talk saying "oh my daughter loves this store so I had to come check it out". This was again her first time in the store so of course she was going to look around. When she was going to leave and it looked like she was not purchasing anything the owner proceeded to tell her"I am not a stop for people waiting for food orders. I am open only to people that want to buy".My mother was at a loss of words. Not every shop you walk into you will find something to buy. She wanted to check out the shop I used to rave some much about when she had a few extra minutes to spare. A shop should not have a hostile environment if the consumer is looking around. The first time maybe a guest will not buy anything, but if you are welcoming they will probably come back. I thought maybe the owner had a bad day but then I saw someone else had the same experience as my mother. At the time there was a limited people allowed in the store. But this was a weekday and raining with no one waiting. It is not like my mother scared away potential customers. If it was appointment only as you say why did you let her in? The situation could have been handled professionally by informing her at the door and pointing out the sign and that she could come back another day.

Cute little shop with some nice gifts and gourmet foods. However I wanted to say I have not had the same experience stopping in as the others mention here. Perhaps because I haven’t purchased anything and I have only browsed the owner is very cold to me. I’ve been in twice and tried making chitchat, but the friendliness seemed to vanish as soon as it was apparent I was not spending money in the shop. I feel it is a bit of a fake friendliness as when I tried to joke around and chat with the owner I barely got a two word answer. However if I were interested in trying on clothing or buying expensive items I have a feeling she would like me more. It’s too bad because if I felt a genuine warmth I would go out of my way to come back here when I am in need of a gift for someone.

My favorite shop in Ballston Spa! Boho Chic has a fantastic and diverse offering of goods, making it one of my favorite places to buy gifts (for others and myself). I've always experienced a warm, welcoming environment as the owners are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I was just wandering around doing some random shopping, and I happened on this place. As a result, I really didn't know what to expect when I walked in. That said, it's a wonderful shop. Too much stuff I loved in there, my wife and I would have needed to take out a second mortgage or risk going broke. The woman working there was also genuinely helpful, and seemed happy to be so. Not the Abercrombie-and-Fitch fake happy, with the screwed-on smile and the thinly-veiled contempt. It's sad that I'm remarking on happy people in a store, but these days it's a rare enough thing that I noticed it. Maybe turn down the 1000-watt smile, but keep it up.All in all, a fantastic experience, and if I find myself in the area again, I'll definitely be going back.
