Sat waiting in the lobby for 8 minutes while there wasn't any customers in the bank on a notary. Kept being told just a few minutes. I wouldn't go back there again.

I'm surprised to see that people have been staying and not moving on to better opportunities especially with the current inflation die to increase in minimum wages. The teller here has been here for a long time now. I went in to go take some money so I can pay taxes, but who knows, I may end up gambling. They do have some decent offers on the mortgages but their rates on deposits are horrible. Trustco bank has a huge mortgage prlortfolio and that is their niche product.
