We were recently were in the market for new Homeowners Insurance so we reached out to Tom Bullock for a quote. We were so pleased with the quick, pleasant, and efficient service Tom provided we ended up switching over all our policies (homeowners, auto, jewelry) to State Farm with his agency as well. The quotes were the best we found in our shopping around. No question was too much! It's so hard to find this level of service but not at this agency, it was included in every interaction. The transition was seamless and easy! We highly recommend this agency.

I had the experience today of working with Tom Bullock and his team at State Farm. Account Manager Sofia Massari (no relation) was great. I called and within minutes I had a insurance policy on my home and the rate was very competitive. If anyone is looking for insurance or if you just want to see if she can get you a better rate, do yourself a favor and call Sofia. It would be well worth the call.

After going to numerous insurance companies who were astronomically high, i decided to go to State Farm on Round Lake Rd. I went in as a walk in, and I met with Zack. He was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. He understood my situation and helped me and my family purchase home & auto insurance. Zack saved me $1,150 per month compred to some other insurance companies. I would highly recommend both Zack and this agency.

Zack reached out to me after I put in an online inquiry. I don't usually answer my phone due to spam but I'm glad I did, otherwise I would've missed out on THOUSANDS of savings. Zack was quick and efficient in finding me the best rates. He continues to keep finding me savings on good rates. Why didn't I reach out sooner...instead I've been throwing my money away. I get better coverage on my Auto and home policies and added I even added a vehicle for much (thousands) less than I was paying with the Gecko ?.

Tom and his staff are always very professional, friendly, and ready to help. I needed a new Homeowners policy rather quickly and Sofia had me covered with a policy that had more coverage and half the deductible. Please do not hesitate to give them a call for all of your needs.
