“This place is okay. I have multiple units here so I’m going in and out a lot. Customer care on the 1-800 number will be the only way you can fix anything if you’re having problems. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of Beth who is a customer care representative for corporate. She has taken the time to make sure my account stays with Storage Sense. A true sweetheart!”

At one point, he noticed I hadn’t properly secured my storage unit and notified me immediately. He runs this location with professionalism, integrity, and knowledge. I had my personal belongings stored here for four years, and I am happy to say, found everything in great condition when moving out. “The facility is clean, the units are new and spacious as well as temperature controlled. Extra Space Storage is a safe place to store your belongings. The facility offers ample parking spaces and carts avaliable to haul your stuff (free of charge). The managers - Heather & Molly - provide excellent customer service and on premises most days. The BEST storage facility I have ever used!!!!”

“We rented a unit here to store things from my dad's house after he passed away, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Brian is wonderful and easy to work with, the unit was extremely clean, and the location was really convenient. The cost was also very reasonable. We left things there from November to June and after moving things out yesterday we didn't see even a hint of water damage or pests. Highly recommend!”

“Easy U-Haul rental and pick up. You can even pick up and drop off outside of business hours. We left our keys in one of the trucks and there was someone who answered the phone at 8:30PM on a Saturday to assist.”
“Rented here for a year. Had them install a hitch on my vehicle. Rented uhaul,and trailers from them. Superb service all around would drive extra just to deal with these people. Awsome place all around hard to find that kind of service in today's world. THANK YOU for what ya all do.”
