“We used U-Pack for a move from NY to FL for a new job. The company was great every step of the way! I had to start work on a particular day, so the sales person figured out what day they needed to drop off the POD for us to pack and when it needed to be picked up for its trip to FL so it would be in FL in time for our movers. We weren't sure if we would fill one or two PODs so we had two PODs dropped off but we only needed one. There is no charge for the POD you don't use. I paid a small extra fee for a guaranteed delivery date, which I would highly recommend. I would also recommend to purchase the additional insurance since the standard included replacement coverage is too low in my opinion. The POD actually arrived a few days early in FL and U-Pack kept it at their location until we were ready for it. They dropped the POD off at my new place on the day they said they would. 100% happy with their services. I would definitely use them again.”

“We just finished our first move using professionals, as we, and all our friends, have aged. It had been nearly 20 years since our last move was paid for with pizza & beer. We could not have asked for a better experience. They were prompt (actually 15 minutes early), courteous, and super careful with our belongings both on removal and delivery with our under-sized doorways. They prepped and wrapped virtually everything. Upon arrival at our new place, all was put in place and unwrapped and reassembled, if necessary. Can't say enough about our experience.l”
“It has been three weeks since we moved and we are just about unpacking. Why has it taken so long? It's because we had SO much stuff to unpack. Besides a eighteen room, 2,600 square foot home's worth of furniture, there were about 200 boxes, of various sizes, full of personal belongings. Mike and his crew moved it all out of our storage unit and into our new home in less than five hours, taking two very full truckloads. They did a great job, worked efficiently and effectively, and treated our belongings (and us) with respect. Nothing was broken or damaged in the move and there were no snags or complications. And the price was quite competitive, it was really quite reasonable. We are fully satisfied with their job and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services.”

“4 Stars is for the receiving guy. Extremely fast unloading once you are in dock. Overnight parking on street, only thing is they receive only from 7am - 3pm , sometimes on Monday,Wednesday and Friday 7am -5pm”
