We had a great experience renting a unit here for 10 months. Clean and easy to access. Any time I called I got a someone who was super-friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Tyler! We'd definitely use Mabey's again.

It was very easy using the online reservation option. Staff was very helpful when I called and again when I went in to store my stuff. Facility is very clean. I am very happy I chose Mabey’s for my storage needs.

I had a storage unit here for over a year. I have to say Dave went out of his way to make things work. He was very friendly and helpful. I recommend anyone to go if you need to store anything. It will be safe.

You can't get better prices in the area. If there's ever an issue they're always willing and able to help. Front desk employees have great customer service and positive attitudes. There's no reason to use any other storage facility in the Capital District.

Great place for storing items securely. Mabey's in Ballston Lake has great hours, it is staffed (unheard of these days) and the gate systems work quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Maybey's again. You will find their facilities in many towns in the Capital Region.

I used the Ballston Lake self storage facility for Mabey's. Larry is absolutely great. Moved my furniture into Mabey's in April, and just moved out yesterday, (November.) Also, if you need a moving company use the recommendation from Larry. Mabey's moving is the best I've ever used in my lifetime for moves. If I ever need another storage unit, I will definitely go back to Larry. Also, very new storage facility, and very clean.
