I have been very happy with my experience at Lighthouse Insurance. I did some research on Erie Insurance and liked what I found. Then I searched on Erie agents and found a couple in my area. I walked into Lighthouse and I was greeted warmly by a cheerful agent. We discussed my needs and she had all of the answers without saying "I'll have to get back to you" like many agents say. After completing some forms and getting a little more information I found the final quote to be very good. I insured my home and 3 cars with them right away. I was able to insure my collectible car for an agreed upon value at a very reasonable price which saved me $4K over Haggarty and $1300 over Grundy, and also doesn't have all of the driving restrictions imposed by the other two companies. I had to get new insurance cards from them and the process was very quick. When I have questions they always respond quickly. The people at Lighthouse have been amazing to work with so take your current policy and talk to them about saving some money. You won't regret it.

Lighthouse Insurance Agency is the best insurance agency I have ever used and I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new agency. I wish I became a client sooner. In the past I have been an unhappy client of both State Farm and Allstate. Those two companies continually raised my premiums significantly each year and they were difficult to deal with when I had to file a claim. State Farm and Allstate agents were hard to reach and they were not helpful nor willing to pay the few times I filed a claim. For example, AllState would not pay to replace my Toyota sideview mirror that got smashed off in a hit and run. The mirror had blind spot detection and defroster capabilities. Allstate was only willing to pay for a basic sideview mirror with no electronic capabilities. I had to pay out of pocket the deductible AND the difference in price to have a Toyota brand mirror with the electronic features it originally had. I researched multiple insurance agencies and one company that has one of the highest customer satisfaction rates in the Northeast United States is Erie Insurance. I found out that Lighthouse Insurance Agency uses Erie Insurance in their practice. I found out friends of ours were clients of Lighthouse Insurance and they raved about them. I became a client and could not be happier. I was again the victim of a hit and run unfortunately and Lighthouse Insurance Agency was amazing to work with throughout the entire claim. It was always easy to get someone on the phone and they helped me out with covering the damages and getting me a rental car because my car was not drivable. I received my policy renewal bills and I am so excited that my premiums did not go up like I was anticipating. Everyone should know about Lighthouse Insurance Agency and how wonderful they are to work with as a client. I strongly recommend their agency!

I have been with Lighthouse Insurance almost since they started and have nothing but great things to say. Customer service is A in my book. I have never called and not gotten a happy, helpful voice on the phone. I’ve bought new cars and added cars and each time everything went smooth. Whenever I have had questions I got answers. Rose Snyder is my agent now and she goes above and beyond to help me and explains things so I understand. Thank you Lighthouse fir all the years of A+ service

Lighthouse Insurance Agency has always been helpful with finding us the the best coverage for our budget. But, they go beyond that. They were so helpful with calming my nerves as I put 3 teenagers on the road nearly at the same time, including one with a motorcycle. Their customer service goes beyond a 10 out of 10!

Light house has always been there for us. From commercial Trucking insurance to building a new home, homeowners, personal vehicle, umbrella insurance to a new business, to claims. We had a vehicle totaled that just had it's second oil change, not a good situation but Lighthouse saw us through it, even dealt with the insurance company when we had a bump in the road. I've been with them 15 years and the service speaks for itself.

What is so outstanding at Lighthouse is that when you call, it doesn't matter who answers the phone, as you are always going to get a qualified, courteous expert to serve your needs. Be it Rose, Liz, or Jen, you can be assured they have your best interests at hand. Excellent coverage, with outstanding rates. So glad I found them!

Absolutely fantastic service and got me a better rate and more for my money then I thought was possible. My rep Rose Snyder answered all of my questions fast and accurate (I asked a lot of them). I’m paying less for insuring two vehicles and renters insurance than I was just for my car now. Amazing doesn’t even begin to describe the experience I had with Rose and I’m beyond grateful for her help and would recommend her to my loved ones. Thank you!!
