I really like every part of this store EXCEPT THE DELI! God forbid you ask for anything sliced thin, they pout, huff, even lie that it can’t be thinner. I worked in a deli for years, I know the ability of an electric slicer. The older lady is just rude. I’ll go back to Price Chopper… thanks?

I was humiliated today at checkout by this employee named Sarah. I really don't know what her problem is, but she refused to sell me beer because, according to her ignorant opinion, my ID is fake. I'm a 36 years old woman, and trust me, I don't look like a minor. My ID was legally obtained in New Jersey. It’s unbelievable that I can use it at the airport and everywhere else, but I can't buy beer at Hannaford.

I stopped in every Sunday, get the groceries for the week. I get there at 7:00 a.m. on the dot, nobody's there shopping, I have the whole store to myself. I get in and I get it out to start my Sunday chores.

I love Hannaford of Ballston Lake I had a roast beef and some other items in a bag. The roast beef broke and got blood all over the other food. I called Hannaford I spoke to Tommy the Frontline supervisor. He told me to bring the receipt in and he not only replaced all the items but they gave me double my money back. That goes a long way with me I won't shop anywhere else other than this market! Great place and small enough to know where stuff is with fantastic prices !

I worked there in 2016 till 2017 and always shopped there since and been there I know the the store manager Austin who is an credible worker with a outstanding work ethic not a biased opinion the whole staff is amazing, helpful, always polite and as a manager myself speaking this store doesn't get enough recognition or appreciation as a whole
