“Look past the outdated one star reviews and you will see Bob is a hardworking, knowledgeable man of integrity. I was recommended to send him my car for scrap after Triple A quoted me seven grand for a new engine. However, Bob assured me he could find me the parts cheaper. He referred me to one friend at another shop for the engine and one for the labor, saving my car and a lot of money. I pointed out that this would mean he’s making no money and he told me that it was the right thing to do and sent me on my way. I will recommend all my friends and family go to Bob for any replacement parts. He is a kind soul.”

“Great experience at Lia Nissan of Saratoga. Sales Consultant Steven Laffer was very patient and attentive to our needs. Purchasing our son’s Nissan Kicks, we had many questions, concerns and must haves. We visited the dealership multiple times, test drove some vehicles. “Grand Premier was awesome! I was in my new RV traveling from Cape Cod, MA to Colorado and I kept losing air from a rear tire. I saw now visible tire damage and the valve stem seemed fine. After visiting 3 shops, Grand Premier was willing to look at my rig. They found my new custom wheel failed (cracked) and they put on my spare tire - not an easy task. They wouldn’t take any money and send me on my way to finish my trip. OMG, these guys were life savers! Thank you! ?”

“I have brought my car to Lussier’s on several occasions- collision repairs, scheduled maintenance, and impromptu service issues. I have also received these services at various local dealerships. I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and genuinely want to help you/make you happy. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. Their quality of work with collision/paint repairs is also excellent- color matching was perfect and you can’t even tell there was work done! I cannot say enough about the confidence and trust I have with Lussier’s and their staff. Not only is it refreshing, but it is comforting to know there are places like Lussier’s that you can confidently bring your car to and feel comfortable in every way!”

“Great people. My fiancé was sick so I couldn’t drop the car off as scheduled. I called them at 8:30 and my appointment was at 9am. The woman who answers the phones was very polite. She understood and quickly suggested sending someone to pick it up and drop it off for me while I worked. Rocco came to pick up the vehicle right at 9:10. He was informative and explained the whole process. I had my jeep back before I was done with work. Rocco, the woman and that specific location went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much ! ?”

“Okay ive been stuck in albany/ Schenectady for about 3weeks an mannn this was a process UNTIL I GOT TO THIS MAVIS. Mind you ive went to previous shops while being up here an nobody could take out this 1 lug nut. But when I got here it was professional the moment I got in. Chris was who I spoke to an he got me into the shop asap on top of that he got the lug nut out within 10 minutes. Emmy also was helpful because all the shops prior could not take out the lug nut so this shop seemed really confident an that helped alot. West cool dude he changed my tire with no problem an I can't be more then happy. Im not from albany im from queens ny so im far from home but anytime I mean anytime I come up here ill be coming to this mavis everytime for my car. Again thanks you guys”

“They are very understanding in regards to their customers needs. We were suppose to get tires in and on for our RV on Wednesday but the tires did not come in until Friday (today) and they worked with us and got them on today. The service is awesome and Tina was so good keeping us on the schedule and pushing us out each day until the tires finally came in.
