“I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I love this place. I’m giving 4 stars because the guy that answers the phone is ALWAYS grumpy but when I went there I got him out of his grumpiness and actually had good conversation. The parts are always in good condition; the service is fast and easy. Give these people a break guys; they’re tearing parts from vehicles, I’m sure it’s not a fun job. I’ll continue to purchase here whenever I need too.”
“Recently relocated to the Glenville area and my car was due for a August inspection.After Google searching and then calling several other garages( that were booked until Sept) ,I called High Mills and was given an appointment for the day I requested.The woman who booked my appointment was very pleasant.The day of my appointment,I dropped my car off and was pleasantly surprised to find a clean office and clean ,comfortable waiting area .I received a text later on that morning visually explaining my inspection which was something I've never experienced before and that is a great idea.Upon pickup, I had the pleasure of meeting Glenn and he explained the findings to me which was nothing more then a rear window wiper in need of replacement .So glad I found High Mills and feel confident that my service needs will be met !”

“I have owned two vehicles over the past 11 years. In the past, the purchasing process took days both times and probably upward to 10 hours of my time. Their sales process was so bad I almost wanted to keep my last car for the rest of my life not to go through the experience again. “I have brought my car to Lussier’s on several occasions- collision repairs, scheduled maintenance, and impromptu service issues. I have also received these services at various local dealerships. I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and genuinely want to help you/make you happy. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. Their quality of work with collision/paint repairs is also excellent- color matching was perfect and you can’t even tell there was work done! I cannot say enough about the confidence and trust I have with Lussier’s and their staff. Not only is it refreshing, but it is comforting to know there are places like Lussier’s that you can confidently bring your car to and feel comfortable in every way!”

“Andy is the best. Prompt, knowledgeable, and honest. I brought my car in for a very difficult problem that two dealers couldn’t diagnose. Andy worked his butt off to figure it out, going so far as to bring in a regional GM rep to work on it late into the evenings. “My fuel pump failed 280 miles from home on N.Y. Thruway in late afternoon. Tow truck driver brought me to Ankers, who had me back on the road in 24 hours. I won’t be able to use them again, but I’d recommend them to anyone. Also thanks to tow truck driver for taking me there.”

“I sent in a set of 8 injectors. Jim received them, did the testing and wrote back with a really nice write up of the tests performed and what he had found. When I received them back they looked like there were brand new.
Extremely pleased with the service. Quick turnaround and Jim offered up some recommendations for the rest of my fuel system based on what he found during the inspection.”
“Developed a large crack in my windshield during a trip from Florida to Upstate NY. Call Mr. Windshield in Clifton Park, and they were great from start to finish. Ordered the glass, installed it, and recalibrated the camera/sensor to perfection. I would definitely use these folks again!”
