Apparently we have a new mail person, haven't received several items that have been on my informed delivery, that were addressed to me or my children. I'll have to wave them down and have a conversation!

Edit: Cassie was great and super helpful. She truly cares about her job and making a good name for the Post Office, more people should be like herI went to get my passport during the hours that are posted on the usps website. I was then told the walk in hours are different which were only posted on a small sign inside the post office. The woman who told me this was less than accommodating and told me I would have to make an appointment (which does not work on the website) or come back during walk in hours another time. The funny thing is that there was not other customers in the post office at the time. They could have easily fit me in as there was no one else waiting for any other service there.

Customer service and friendliness have improved considerably over the last couple of years. I just wish they had enough help to handle the really busy times.

Post office is its self is great.Delivery people can’t seem to get addresses right. Literally one of the worst mail delivery team in the country

The experience I've had twice now were very unprofessional on the behalf of Mr. Bernie and our post lady Jennifer holding packages for a piece of junk mail that wasn't removed from our box if this happens again thier will be legal action taken

Looks like most of the negative reviews are from customers that are awaiting mail or packages. I have had excellent counter service from the folks there. Everything from mailing packages, letters, priority to passports, they have been great. I've also never had any issues with mail delivery - not even once. Keep up the good work. I'm hope that people don't create a negative review from a single incident.

The supervisor there went out of his way to help me out with intercepting a package I had sent to my old address. Very friendly and helpful

Had a wonderful experience with Bernie! Helped me figure out where a lost piece of mail was… turned out my husband put down the wrong address lol. Then the went and picked up the overnight mail and delivered to the me :-) He must have went back and forth 10x! I am so impressed with the above and beyond effort made :-)
