The team at Upstate Imports have been handling the service on our company vehicles for close to 8 years and we have a total level of trust and comfort on the repairs and work that the y have done for our company. There bills are never questioned and identify maintenance concerns before problems happen. Keep up the good work Upstate!

First timer, I read the reviews then preliminary reached out to Matt and he/they went above and beyond servicing my vehicle. It was refreshing that an automotive repair shop (especially foreign/luxury) provided options w/ honest rationale to create a flexible and affordable service plan. Also, it was pretty easy to coordinate a pick up/drop off. Will definitely be back!

I had a coolant reservoir leak that was fixed very fast! They also did a nice inspection of multiple systems, providing me an itemized list, which will enable future service planning.
I highly recommend them.

We’re very satisfied the service we received. Matt was able to explain what he thought the problem may be prior to looking at it therefore he was able to tackle it directly and not take an inordinate amount of time randomly searching around causing unnecessary costs and time in the shop. In short, Matt knows his stuff…
