“Literally the best Walgreens around!!! The staff is always so nice and friendly and helpful! There is one specific Pharmacist, I believe his name is Chris/Christopher, who is SO pleasant and friendly!!! He has also called me when I've gotten a new medication to ask how I was doing and if I had any questions about it!!! I know they are supposed to do that but no other Walgreens has and I know it was him because I recognized his voice! 10/10 every time!!! Thank you so much!”

“Walgreens has been very cooperative with helping community organizations like the Baldwinsville pop Warner football organization sell raffle tickets in front of their store as well as being very gracious to the Baldwinsville Boy Scouts troop 80 By allowing us to sell Lobsters for an event This kindness truly shows them wanting to help the community and its programs, more importantly to help our youth. I thank Walgreens on downer street for all the kindness!!!!”

“I have been going to this pharmacy for over ten years. Sure, things have changed. Sometimes the wait for pharmacy is insane! Please remember, they are short staffed and doing everything possible to get to every customer. The employees are very personable and friendly.To those that complain, why don't YOU get a job there and help them out?! Patience people. Patience.”

“This is the closest grocery store to me, and although it is smaller than Wegmans, I come here regularly. I can usually find almost everything on my list, including organic and vegetarian grocery items. Due to the smaller size of the store, I do also make other stops on my shopping days. The reason I am writing this review is because of the consistently exceptional customer service at this store. When I was about 8 months pregnant with twins and struggling with my shopping, a cashier noticed and made sure I had assistance walking to my car and loading it. On another occasion I was shopping with my two newborns (hubby was away on military training), and pulling my cart while pushing my stroller. Again an employee noticed and helped me. Tonight, in the midst of the Tuesday-before-Thanksgiving chaos, an employee noticed that I was looking for a specific item. After discovering the item was out of stock on the shelf, I took a substitution, thanked him, and got in line to check out. Without being asked, he checked the back, found the last boxes of Pillsbury pie crusts, found me in line, and brought them to me. This is why I keep coming back to this store.”

“I enjoy the intimacy of the smaller store. The entire staff has taken the time to get to know me as a person and has, on occasions, expressed concern about all the medications I'm taking and possible drug interactions. I find everyone to be helpful, very friendly and a pleasure to interact with.”
