73 E Genesee St, BaldwinsvilleI've been boarding my dog, Gravy, here for nearly a year now. I've always been able to make a reservation, even on holidays where they must be busy. Gravy is dog reactive, so I was apprehensive about boarding him with other dogs. The staff there have been amazingly accommodating with him, and there's never been a major incident. When one minor incident did occur, to no fault of the staff, they called me immediately to let me know what was going on. Gravy seems genuinely excited to get dropped off there, and the staff seems to love him. The photos they take of him each day reassure me that he's having a fantastic time. I can't imagine going to another boarding facility.

We feel 100% confident in the care our pets receive. They know our pets are family and that is exactly how they are treated. The doctors are responsive when we have a sick or injured pet and squeeze them in, sometimes at the very end of the day. They have been beyond compassionate when we have lost pets as well. Words cannot fully express how grateful we are to have Beaver Lake Animal Hospital in our lives to take care of our pets.

Beaver Lake Animal Hospital
1528 W Genesee Rd, BaldwinsvilleTravel and move a lot due to the military and Never in my life had a vet be so accommodating. I couldn’t make it back to pick up medicine for a few days, because life and kids and work, and they DROVE it to me. Like how amazing. They’ve always been able to get my fur babies in when I needed them to be seen as well. They deserve 6 out of 5 stars.
