We will NEVER do business here!!!! My car was in a minor accident. I was hit by another driver. Have a camera, clearly not my fault. The other party's insurance company, appraisal for damages was $10,800. This place tried saying the damages were over $20,000 for my Tesla!!! Not only that, we have another Tesla and my wife called to see about a NY State inspection for our car. She left a message for Greg and he basically ignored it and never heard back from him. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I highly recommend using Northside Collision.This business is a professional and clean automotive repair shop. They repaired my vehicle with quality replacement parts. To my surprise they cleaned the inside of my vehicle also.

Bad experience, they lie to you and never communicate to you. My car had to go to Kia and back to them. Took 3 1/2 weeks. They said they had all the parts ready for when it came back and they didn't and blamed it on Kia which I knew was a lie. They promised me one day which grew into another day and three days later. When I finally came to pick up my car and had a $200 deductible I precedent my card. They then said they didn't take cards, NOBODY TOLD ME THIS AND IT WAS 5: 15PM!! I was NOT LEAVING WITHOUT MY CAR!! The receptionist said that they should of told me this, I replied, he never told me anything unless I called and just lied. I was lucky I did have the cash on me to pay. When Alex came out to tell me about the car, I ignored him asked for my keys and left. My tire pressure was low, had to get them filled and I have a hole in my driver cylinder. Should bring it back, but don't want to lose My car for another 3 1/2 weeks. NEVER AGAIN!! Jefferys autonomy is so much better!!

Not a great experience with this collision shop! Be extra careful on who you let fix your vehicle. I had a small fender bender that took over 2 months for this shop to fix. When I received the vehicle back, it did not drive normally. My wheel alignment was off pretty badly and my car was sputtering when I would give it gas. I brought it back to Matt the manager of this shop. They kept the car for another week and said they fixed the wheel alignment and they ran a diagnosis on my vehicle and nothing showed up. I was dumbfounded, only because I know my vehicle and there was something obviously wrong with it. Matt referred me to noticing that my vehicle had 50k miles on it. I was furious that he would try and blame this on my mileage. He told me that I could bring it to another shop and get a second opinion. I did just that and brought it to Julio at Goodyear in B'Ville. Julio told me that nothing was coming up under the diagnostics check, but said that he knows something is wrong, just like I know something was wrong. He also informed me that the collision shop had put a new tire on my vehicle and did not do the same to the other front tire, which was causing the wheel alignment problem.
I called Matt back at Northside Collision multiple times and left multiple voicemails, he never got back to me. Matt was simply sweeping my problem under the carpet and wanted nothing to do with it. Very unprofessional!
The other day, I was driving to work and my vehicle was sputtering like usual since getting my vehicle back. Only difference, this time the vehicle would not go over 20 miles an hour. I pulled over and opened the hood. This is when I noticed that the engine cover that must be at least 3 feet in length was wedged vertically along the inside front of my vehicle against the fan. I was shocked non the less to see this. It took me a few minutes to get it out from under the hood. This is what was causing the problem the whole entire time!! I have attached a picture of what was causing the whole problem.
I called Northside Collision after finding all this out, and surprisingly I was able to talk to Matt and let him know what I found. Do you believe that this guy try to blame it on the shop that had done my last oil change. This guys is unbelievable!!!
PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS ON WHO YOU LET FIX YOUR VEHICLE!!!

Extremely professional organization. They are very organized, knowledgeable, and courteous. Rental car pick up and drop off right at their location. Very transparent with all the work being done, timeline, cost, and possible delays.
They nicely cleaned the entire car as well.

I couldn't have asked for an easier and seamless way to get my car repaired after a deer decided my car looked like it needed to be run into one early morning in my way to work. Not only would I give them an 11/10 because my car was returned to me cleaned inside and out, but I'd give them a 15/10 for finding my missing Birkenstock sandals!
