“I went in for an upgrade and the rep working name was G she was the only person working at this store. She was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She was very helpful and made the experience less stressful as I did not know what I needed for my daily use on my phone. She was not pushy and kept advising she wants me to be happy with what I get. I wish we had more associates like G now a days!”

“I went into the Liverpool Verizon location with a couple of problems: needed a charger for my smart watch and better phone/data coverage while traveling. Don showed me the wireless power share app on my phone which blew my mind. He then did a quote to change to the upper level of My Plan...not much of an increase in cost but more accessibility to towers! Game changers both!! Don answered all my questions and concerns with honesty, caring, and humor. Liverpool Verizon is the only place I go for phone questions! It's the best!!!”
“I went in a few weeks ago to get an iPhone 12 and I am grateful for the cleanliness of the store and the southern hospitality shown.The music was great and entertaining they even had my music going. “Great service from Connor! Had iPhone replaced, brought in new one for setup. There is a $35(?) charge for this but worth every penny not to have to navigate the confusing setup website. My phone was setup within 45 minutes with everything flawlessly transferred over my old phone. I originally bought the family's phones from this store. That experience was excellent as well. Highly recommend this location.”

“I am so happy I called this T-Mobile and got helped by Sarah. She is attentive, fast and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the store in about 90 minutes.(Very fast time compared to the 4 hours I spent at a previous t-mobile that day and got nothing accomplished)Sarah made sure everything got transferred over. After spending an hour on/off the phone with customer service on the phone & after that frustration, I walked into the store at 6:30p (they close at 7p) Amanda was AWESOME! She fixed my phone & helped me calm down because I went in & I kept thinking the guy on the phone made me feel stupid. Dude, I'm old & I'm not a technician! Thank you Amanda for your help & your patience! You're truly an asset to the Route 31 Clay store & Verizon!!! ??????????”
“Shopping wise if you can't find a hear you might not want it they have a little bit of everything have great extended hours I would go during the week to avoid the lines on weekends because everybody goes here but it's one of the best valleys for your dollar.”

“Mike & Abby at the Spectrum store on route 31 in Liverpool NY were very friendly and helpful. I walked in extremely mad, they resolved isue in less than 2 minutes. They resolved the issue after me going to store to rollback the phone to the original setup, twice and leaving me with no service. sales person setting it up said if it doesn't work to call her, explained once I had no home phone. Ann M.”
