“Experienced an online problem with my account that was very frustrating, and decided to go into the Clay store, in person, to see if they could help. The Manager, Ashley, was extremely knowledgeable, very direct, and was able to not only answer all my questions, but relieve the frustration I experienced online.
Would highly recommend this AT&T store location for anyone experiencing problems with their phone or account! So much easier talking with someone in person, especially dealing with a professional who has such an extensive knowledge of how things work as Ashley clearly does.”

“I went into the Liverpool Verizon location with a couple of problems: needed a charger for my smart watch and better phone/data coverage while traveling. Don showed me the wireless power share app on my phone which blew my mind. He then did a quote to change to the upper level of My Plan...not much of an increase in cost but more accessibility to towers! Game changers both!! Don answered all my questions and concerns with honesty, caring, and humor. Liverpool Verizon is the only place I go for phone questions! It's the best!!!”

Everywhere else we tried was inattentive or just said they couldn’t help with accounts not associated with the brand, or third party apps. Staff I are extremely knowledgeable and willing to take time to help customers.”
“Great service from Connor! Had iPhone replaced, brought in new one for setup. There is a $35(?) charge for this but worth every penny not to have to navigate the confusing setup website. My phone was setup within 45 minutes with everything flawlessly transferred over my old phone. I originally bought the family's phones from this store. That experience was excellent as well. Highly recommend this location.”

“I am so happy I called this T-Mobile and got helped by Sarah. She is attentive, fast and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the store in about 90 minutes.(Very fast time compared to the 4 hours I spent at a previous t-mobile that day and got nothing accomplished)Sarah made sure everything got transferred over. Made sure my phone was set up accurately. Even gave me suggestions for thing I can do later on with my plan. She broke down all of the benefits of my plan and answered every question I had. “Chat Wireless has really friendly and patient staff that are very knowledgeable. They will help you find the best carrier, phone and plan that works for you.The phone selection is pretty big, and they have many carriers to choose from. They have phones for every budget as well.They have a big selection of accessories from cases to chargers.I will also add that Chat Wireless is a pick up location for WISH items. It's awesome to be able to pick up locally and not pay the huge shipping fees!”
