“I went in for an upgrade and the rep working name was G she was the only person working at this store. She was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She was very helpful and made the experience less stressful as I did not know what I needed for my daily use on my phone. She was not pushy and kept advising she wants me to be happy with what I get. I wish we had more associates like G now a days!”

“Great service from Connor! Had iPhone replaced, brought in new one for setup. There is a $35(?) charge for this but worth every penny not to have to navigate the confusing setup website. My phone was setup within 45 minutes with everything flawlessly transferred over my old phone. I originally bought the family's phones from this store. That experience was excellent as well. Highly recommend this location.”
