I went to Mirror Mirror Tux and worked with James. The shop was crisp with some smooth music, not too loud, and not bland. It was clean and the setup of the available materials and colors was pleasing to the eye. James presented himself in an excited, knowledgeable, and confident manner. Immediately gave the impression i came to the right place. Any idea i threw his way was all up for consideration and customization with eagerness. No hard sells. James was completely focused on what i was trying to achieve and pushed the boundaries of things i never considered in order to elevate the vision, which made the whole experience super enjoyable and informative. I am getting my suit from here and I am extremely happy. Thanks James, and looking forward to seeing the piece in it's entirety when it comes in ?

I went to mirror mirror tux and he set me up perfectly. Was fast to respond to calls and did his best to help my last minute request. Great pricing too. I would recommend to many and will definitely be back in the future.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU again! I had a blast with Jordan and Adam. My mom and I both left with beautiful gowns, feeling amazing.
Jordan and Adam did everything to make sure we found the perfect dresses that we felt great in! Such a fun, happy experience.

This place is amazing!! The people, the atmosphere & the energy are all great. Bridal appointments are 2 hours. Once you arrive you're able to browse all of the dresses that that have with your guests and make some selections to get started. They have soo many sizes and soo many different options! Through the process of trying on dresses everyone in the store is so kind, fun and supportive. They are so patient and truly listen to what you are or aren't liking about each dress. They know ALOT about the designers they carry and are able to tell you about any changes that could be made to the dress by the designer (amazing!!). Overall, I would recommend to anyone and everyone! I have had multiple friends purchase their dresses from here & they all have nothing but kind words to say too

I said yes to the dress at Mirror Mirror and I could not be happier! I worked with Jess who was outstanding! I went into this not knowing what to expect and she made the process so fun and easy! She listened to me and made suggestions. She actually suggested for me to try on a dress that I would have never thought to try on and it ended up being my dream dress! I am not a size zero by any means and she never once brought up sizing and I never heard we don't carry that in your size. It was such a positive and happy experience. I never felt like I was being sold or pushed to buy anything! I would recommend them a hundred times over.

These guys really are amazing! As soon as you walk in the door you’re greeted by staff! The warm lavender towels are definitely 10/10! Everyone is so friendly. The first time I went to try on dresses Jessica helped me and I loved her! Jordan helped me when I went for my fitting and she was also amazing. I have nothing but nice things to say about them ❤️ it truly is a magical place and they really take their time and listen to everything you say

I cannot speak highly enough of Mirror Mirror. Today I said yes to my DREAM DRESS after many failed attempts at several other bridal shops throughout Syracuse, Skeanatles and Utica. And it was all thanks to Jordan and the outstanding staff at Mirror Mirror! I am not a stick-thin bride. I’m an average size woman with a booty, typically wearing sizes 8-12 in normal life. I could NOT get into 80% of the dresses I wanted so badly to try on at all of these other shops. It was deflating. Mirror Mirror is INCLUSIVE. This bridal shop had so many options all with sizes I could comfortably try on and in the designs I wanted!! Not only this, but my “fairy godmother” as they call it at the shop, texted me beforehand to ask for inspo pics and pulled the most stunning, perfect dress on her first try. It was my vision and more and it was so flattering. I knew immediately once I put it on…it was a yes. DO NOT SKIP THIS SHOP ON YOUR BRIDAL DRESS TOUR! 10/10!

Even before my appointment, Jordan was very tentative and communicative. She understood just how self-conscious I am as a bigger woman and was able to adapt to my comfort levels. Every employee there makes the experience magical and makes you feel right at ease. There were many plus size dresses to choose from and all in the color that I wanted; black. I honestly hate dresses but Mirror Mirror definitely made me feel like the most beautiful, magical woman that I could ever be. If it wasn't for Mirror Mirror and their magical staff, I would'nt of been able to find the most perfect dress for me. I highly recommend.

I originally went in to just get an idea of a dress I wanted for my wedding (spoiler that’s not what happened ) when I first walked in I was greeted by some very pleasant and nice women … I ended up having Jordan as my fairy godmother and she was so nice and patient with me and gave me her honest opinion she made me feel just like a princess after trying on maybe 5 dresses I said yes to the first one I tried on I was even able to name the dress after me !! I cannot thank Jordan enough for making my princess dreams come true !!!

BRIDES PLEASE BEWARE- Do NOT use this bridal shop unless you're okay with the possibility of immense stress and terrible communication. As the maid of honor, I have watched my bride go through hell with this company. She ordered her dream gown in November of 2022 for a fall 2023 wedding. Her dress came in in April 2023 and did not even relatively fit at the try on- come to find out she received a dress that measured 3 dress sizes too small with an incorrect tag. How does this happen?! The women at Mirror Mirror were apologetic and promised to reorder the dress ASAP in the correct size. The bride was originally told she would receive her correct dress within 3 months, as the designer was over seas. More than 3 months went by with no dress and contacting Mirror Mirror was extremely difficult. They did not answer their phones, we were unable to walk into the shop, and they took days to respond to emails. Mirror Mirror associates were not helpful at all with this huge issue. When the shop did respond, they claimed the dress was rush ordered and suggested the bride scheduled alterations for early September- the wedding is in October people, talk about cutting it close! Finally, in August of 2023, the bride just received her new dress last week. The dress has no tag in it and fits snug. Upon measurements from a bridal seamstress, she was told there was no way the dress was the correct size she ordered. The bride was told that she would need to lose some weight in order for her dress to fit the way she wants. There is no time to start anew and look for a new dress, so the bride now has the added stress of losing a few pounds to fit into the dress that was supposed to be customized to her measurements. If you've made it this far in this review, please take caution with this company. They advertise that you can come in and find your "fairy godmother", but what has supposed to be an exciting time for our bride has been nothing but a nightmare. This bride is the sweetest woman who has been nothing but patient during this process. The public needs to know how much of scam this shop is. If I could give Mirror Mirror 0 stars I would.

Absolutely amazing experience! Went initially with just my MOH and narrowed down my choices. Brought the whole bridal party with me and ended up having to try on a few more dresses to find the one! Meg and Heather were absolutely amazing in listening and offering insight on alterations that can be made to make the dress me! Couldn't have asked for better fairy godmothers in choosing my dress. Highly recommend - they make you feel special and one of a kind.
