Recommended by a family friend and while it’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, I am more than happy to pay the difference for the quality of service Lou’s provides. They are so thorough with their explanations and are always patient with me as someone who doesn’t know much about cars. Friendly, helpful, and great communication every time. I feel very lucky to have finally found a place I can trust!

After bringing my vehicles to the dealerships for prepaid service, I will be going to these guys again full time. I appreciate the thoroughness and service you receive. One thing I would like to see is an expanded waiting area. I often wait with my vehicle and just wish there was a little bit more room as it can get busy.

Finding a place to take your vehicle that has knowledgeable mechanics and integrity is so hard these days. Lou runs a fantastic and ethical business. Lou’s Car Care is the best place to go for your car ! They’re very organized , friendly , take pictures of everything they do and send you all the results as they work on your car. Then text you right away when it’s ready.

I recently brought my Acura MDX in for service and Matt and Marc (Rick too) really took care of me! I can't say enough about this place! They are top notch from top to bottom and very professional! I only use them for all my vehicles! Highly recommend them!

Lou's Care Car is the best. I've used for the past four or five years and will continue to do so. They are reliable and straight shooters. I recently had them do a full check up on my vehicle. Marc did an excellent job and kept me well informed. My vehicle is driving much smoother than it originally was. Awesome job! Always a repeat customer. See you next week with the other vehicle.
