If you want to spend a lot of money for the worst experience ever buying a new in-ground pool, choose Liverpool pool and spa. Whether you’d like your lights put in the wrong spot, the grey coping to be all chipped and flaked when they install it, your liner to be popping out all over, the wrong color drains and return jets installed, rocks in between the liner and the pool walls, your included concrete cracking the day after it was completed, or perhaps you’d like to receive your solar cover 8 months later.. if that’s not enough maybe you’ll enjoy the worst customer service ever where they refuse to come out and take care of things on your brand new pool, or even better lie about somebody coming out trying to knock on your door when you have cameras! I could go on and on but please save yourself the stress and frustration, do yourself a favor and go to one of the competitors..I wish we did.

I paid cash for the poor. Job is still not complete. Concrete needs to be done. I having have a horrible time trying to get this done. I am very upset with the company. Pool company states they only have one contractor to do concrete. I have hand no luck with him. Pool has been installed more than 2 months. I do not feel that this is professional of the pool company for not having an alternate concrete person to do the job.

Product was supposed to be in 2 days ago - girl on front desk was very rude and short when I asked when it’d be arriving from East . Had I known - I would have driven out 3 days & saved myself some time .

I have been disappointed with new owner. Some don’t know what their doing and provide wrong information. Female manager I dealt with today miserable and unprofessional. Hopefully can be corrected.

I wanted to leave a review to thank John for going above and beyond to provide us support over the phone. We had been having some problems we could not figure out and John stayed on the phone with us for over 30 minutes, patiently walking us through some troubleshooting steps. Our pool is now in good shape. Thanks for the outstanding support John!

These guys came to fix something on my hot tub and broke something else in the process. They claim they didn’t break it yet it worked before they showed up and as soon as they left it didn’t. Fixed 1 thing and broke another. The piece they broke is even more expensive to repair and they have done nothing about it. Very disappointing.

They are the best don't waste your money on the cheap chemicals at Walmart. I don't care if it says Clorox. You'll have to buy twice and then not get it right. Wouldn't go anywhere else been their customer for 8 years.

John and Tony were absolutely amazing . I have been coming to Liverpool pool and spa for the last couple of years. We purchased a house with a pool and know absolutely nothing about pools. The last few times we have had an issue with a hose blowing off our pump (no fault of the company just the product itself) and John personally came out to inspect and fix for me . Anytime I have any questions about anything in my pool they are able to assist and d*** it down so I can understand. I do and have always highly recommended Liverpool pool and spa and would continue to say the same moving forward ! They are always there to help. They go above and beyond ! Thank you guys very much !

Do not get a pool installed by them. They subcontract out their pool installs and their communication is beyond terrible. They are the definition of “used car salesman”.LPS Salesman walked our property and said that we could get the pool shape/size that we wanted. Wrote up a contract and signed with deposit. Note that the deposit goes to their subcontractor (Premium Pools CNY). Then the installer (Jason Ambriati - Premium Pools CNY) walks the property and says that we can’t get that pool shape/size and we will also need a retaining wall. So, now the contract doesn’t have the correct pool and has no mention of a retaining wall. We then decide to cancel the job due to the changes in the contract and we are told that we will get our deposit back. Fast forward a couple weeks and still no deposit. Jason then changes his story and says that he will not give the deposit back because LPS already ordered the pool kit. Even though the contract is completely inaccurate and lists the wrong pool and no mention of retaining wall.I recently spoke to LPS and they stated that Jason never paid for the pool kit. So, he literally stole our deposit. Total scumbag, low-life, subhuman. LPS also stated that they have separated ties with Jason and are seeking legal action.I am giving LPS a well deserved 1 Star because they partnered with Jason Ambriati, which was obviously a poor business decision. Poor business decisions have consequences. I will personally be going to each and every home within my development and sharing this story. Hopefully pushing my fellow neighbors to more reputable pool companies.Stay away from Jason Ambriati. You’ve been warned.

Liverpool Pool and Spa is a fantastic company that has top notch customer service. They are very personable and courteous. I appreciate their flexibility and ability to make the customer feel in the right. Thank you to all of them for their service!

Frustrating experience. Needed a part for our hot tub. Called and they said they had it, got there and it was out of stock. Sent us to their other store in Manlius, got there and it was not in stock. This was at 5 pm the day before Thanksgiving so traffic was hectic and we wanted to have ready for the weekend.

I def would not recommend Liverpool pool and spa as we have had a terrible experience with our pool rotting out after 7 years and then not taking any responsibilities to get it fixed . I have been working with them or trying to work with them since 4/25/2022 managers don’t return calls or emails still haven’t gotten the pool fixed or replaced . Our other pool we had for 26 years before it rotted out this is totally unacceptable. Even to just have the managers return calls or emails would be great . Pool was not installed correctly from the beginning . Love my pool but the quality of the product and the service is terrible . Picture below show the rotted pool we are left with with two holes rusted through the side walls
