Worst place I've ever worked in my life... I would never refer anyone to work here. Only giving one star b/c I loved most of the kids and made friends while working there.Adding to response below...Getting bit, punched, and attacked by a child, HAVING PROOF, and management stating unless you're seeking medical treatment, "there is no need to document it"... AND toxic management/work environment has nothing to do with this pandemic and goes to show that safety of children and staff is not a priority of Little Luke's.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Every single staff member you encounter knows who you and your kids are and are so friendly and loving with the kids. That much cannot be said about other centers in the area. Thank you for being such a fun, welcoming environment!

I filled out the paper work to put my infant in this day care 8 months ahead of time. When I filled it out, I was told that there was only one child ahead of us, and that we would have to start in November, a month ahead of what we wanted. I called periodically to follow up. The story kept changing, and a some point they told me that all of the sudden TWO kids where ahead of me, and that I had to wait till December or January, and that they would get a hold of me in late November. November passed, and early December, and nothing. I called, and they told me that the manager would call me tomorrow. Nothing. When I finally got a hold of her, she told me that there where no spots available in January. From what friends have told me, from their experiences, I have a feeling that I got skipped, and some kids where put ahead of mine because of connections. And from past experiences, I can't shake the feeling that they discriminated against us because of our ethnicity. I hate to say that, but the amount of disregard they had towards me and my family was shameful. I'm ashamed to have even tried to put my son in there.
