Let's start with this:If you do not bring your kids here, you are making a HUGE mistake. The security of the facility is some of best around and the location is 1 minute from the NYS police station. The staff is friendly, very helpful, and experienced in education and in taking care of young kids. Their preschool program is awesome with a planned and very strong curriculum. My kids are talking much more, understanding of many things and never want to come home. If you read this,GET YOUR KIDS IN HERE IF YOU CAN!

My child attended kola Kare . I was extremely happy with the service . My child always came home happy . The staff are very attentive to the children . The owners know how to put the children and their needs first . I love how they always have daily plans and multiple varies activities for the children to keep them active and expand their minds . The staff is always friendly and are willing to work with parents with your child’s needs . Great place . Highly recommend them . I also wouldn’t listen to many of those that write bad reviews because I know the people that work there are they are the most loving people around .

I went there the staff are horrible, and i have experienced bullying there and one of the staff named heather had a daughter and she went to the daycare too. I was treated different and hated the fact that we were FORCED TO DO THINGS. I was 12 back then the had a NAP TIME FOR US!!! IT SUCKED!!!

My Granddaughter went for a short time. I went to pick her up one day and the teacher was sitting in the back of the room. My granddaughter was finishing up her snack. The little boy next to her spilled his water and his crackers were ruined. I told the teacher and she did NOTHING. I cleaned up the water and asked if there were more crackers because this adorable little boy was upset and she said no, we don't have anymore, still sitting down, not helping me...so, I said, thats it! Now I know why she cries when she is dropped off here.

Do not send your child here. Constantly putting her in the wrong coat. Always gave me dirty looks because im a younger mom. No cameras anywhere. Had bite marks. Ive heard of kids getting slapped.

My youngest son went to Koala Kare for four years. The staff there always treated him like he was their own, very caring. He hated to leave when I picked him up, was always having so much fun with the friends he made there. As a matter of fact, my family still keeps in touch with a few of his teachers even after we were done with daycare!

Four of my Five children attended koalakare. My children absolutely loved it there. They have continued friendships with many of the children they attended with and the staff. The staff were always so friendly and helpful when dropping off and picking up my kids. I have nothing but good things to say about the way my children were taken care of. We attended over a 15 year span. My kids are to old to attend now but they left with many long lasting friends and memories.

My grandson went here for about amonth. It was a very depressing experience for us both. There was no enthusiasm in the classroom for teaching little ones. No plans that appeared to be followed. He cried every day. There were safety concerns on the playground. Teachers texting, and exposed roots on a large tree that my grandson fell over. This daycare needs to be renovated and the teachers need help in interacting with young children. There was no compassion or sense of caring.

Koala kare was a wonderful place that helped me look after my 5 children while I was a single working mother. The staff always treated my children as if they were their own. I had children that went through all classes from the infant room to the school age.The infant program made sure that I never missed out on a milestone. They were always sharing pictures and videos with me of cute things that my child had done throughout the day.The toddler room and three year old room were very successful in helping me to potty train my children and helping me to teach them about sharing, taking turns, and caring for others. The pre-school class really took the time to prepare my children for kindergarten, I actually believe they were ahead of the game. The school-age building always had wonderful trips that my children still talk about to this day. A favorite of course is always thunder Island. Also the homework help was crucial to us being able to go home and spend time together before bed and not have to worry about school work. The owner, and office staff always put my children first. They know every child and parent by name ,and make it a point to make sure each child is successful, happy, and living up to their potential. When there was a conflict, It was always resolved quickly and fairly. As a mother, I would highly recommend koala kare to any parent putting their child into childcare. The staff really does care about the children. If you know anything about childcare wages, you know that they are not in it for the money. If you work there, its because you have a passion for working with youth. My children are now 14 - 23 and still have very fond memories of their time at koala kare ,and love all of the teachers. Some have moved on to new careers, but most are still there. A low turnover is proof of what a wonderful place this is.Thank you to our favorites , past and current, for making my children's lives richer! Karen, Michelle, Tracy, Diane, Stephie, Mary, Chrissy, Sarah, Val,....... and of course Josh! My Kalebs favorite teacher of all time ♡

My sons have been coming here for about 2 and a half years and we love it! The staff is so kind and dedicated to the children. They go above and beyond to make sure every child feels safe and happy. The boys are so excited to go every morning and are sad to leave at night. They have learned not only their ABCs, colors, numbers, etc but they have learned how to socialize with other children and adults, and how to be kind and inclusive to everyone.
