My family had some car trouble trying to get home to visit extended family in western NY a few weeks ago. After breaking down right outside of Baldwinsville, my husband called around and Ken’s Auto was able to take our car in and fix it. They were friendly, professional and accommodating at a time when we were very stressed and had nowhere to turn. Our car is now running great. Thank you Ken’s!

Busted a line on Thursday towed on Friday to kens their not open weekends so Monday call up say they say nothing wrong with car. Pick it up and still no brakes they take it back and find on Tuesday two broken lines they fix go and pick up Wednesday. Cam was nice price was reasonable just wish it was faster work looks good and I have brakes.
