I never write reviews. It was my 11 year wedding anniversasry yesterday. My wife and I drove from Rochester, NY to eat a Friendys around the corrner. When we pulled into the parking lot of the Friendlys our car started making a weird banging noise. Ugh Almost 100 miles away from home.
We called the Local NISSAN dealer, and they couldn't see us same day. I called Goodyear and they said they could take a look at it when we brought it in. We finished our food, and took it over.
They were able to get it fixed, and on our way (FOR UNDER $100!) with in less than 25 minutes.
They could have charged me so much more, b/c we were effectly stranded, but they were honest, and told it was only a metal strap that had corroded. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

The crew at this Goodyear location was fantastic from start to finish and the quality of work was exceptional. I walked in right at 7am and was immediately greeted with a friendly hello and smile. They remembered what we told them about our appointment from when we made it earlier in the week and were efficient and professional. As far as the quality of service, it was beyond exceptional. They actually caught and corrected a problem that we had just been to another service organization to fix, and when they saw it was not done properly, the corrected it and provided full details and printouts to show us the initial problem and then their corrections. Highest Recommendation!

Thanks to my brother's recommendation, Dan, Julio, Venus, and their team have been taking care of our cars for several years now, and it's been a 100% great experience. Very friendly and helpful! When Great Lakes Honda City service wanted me to schedule an appt just to check my car battery, Goodyear did it immediately and changed my battery so I didn’t get “stuck” with a vehicle that would not start! Thank you!

Your alignment failed inspection. You put my oil filter on extremely tight. The pinhole in the ps line drained all the ps fluid in one night. The loosened tramsmission cooling line was noticed and tightened . Luckily I put floor mats under my car after you corrected the oil filter by installing a new one. That night all the ps fluid drained. Pretty big pin hole Julio. My ps pump or even the rack could have been ruined. Never bringing my Avalon back there. No thanks.NO.STAR!!

I had a great experience today in the liberpool NY branch. They squeezed me in at the last minute on a busy day to get my car checked out before a big trip. They put my worries at ease after testing everything out and didn't even charge me. Couldn't be any happier. Will be back for future work.

They were wonderful. I came in without an appt and they fixed my tire (staple in it) for no charge in a busy holiday week!! They were outstanding!! Saved me in a pinch.
