My salesperson, Mike Bennett, was outstanding. Everything was in order when I arrived, all paperwork was explained thoroughly before signing.He went through all the options that the vehicle has, helped me set up My Chevrolet app and explained the options on the car while I was in the vehicle besides.He answered any questions I had as well.I think he also got me the best price as I was debating between two different vehicles, one at another dealership and he made the extra effort to earn my business.I am very satisfied with my whole experience with Mike Bennett.He

Car was purchased from Maguire as a CPO vehicle. Noticed front end shake immediately but couldn't get an appointment for service until 11/29 (red flag #1 when you can't get an appointment for service). It was diagnosed as needing 2 axles (red flag #2, sold CPO with 2 bad axles) Service department assistant manager promised the warranted work (which I paid for CPO warranty) would be completed on 12/1 which it was not. Next promised it would be done on 12/4. It wasn't done and after explaining I was in a desperate situation and needed a car to get to work, I was told nothing they could do, no loaner but he promised it would be done on 12/5. Each day the work was not done but did not receive a phone call or explanation as to why it was not completed as promised (red flag #3, cannot reach the service department by phone nor do they call you). On 12/5 after not receiving any call, I went to the dealership in person to find out the work was still not done. I was told by Paul, he "didn't have the manpower to do the work." (red flag # 4) But at that point, he did provide a loaner he said "so you can get out of here." The work was finally completed on 12/6. I never received an apology or any acknowledgement that this is not how business should be conducted; therefore, I assume that any future interactions will be the same. That is why I will never bring my vehicle back for service again or purchase another vehicle from the Maguire dealerships. You lost a new customer you had just gained. I'll make sure everyone else I know considering a new vehicle hears of my experience. Worse service experience ever!

I dropped my truck off for routine maintenance and there was a unexpected setback. Without hesitation the service department acted quickly and completely took care of my needs. They were over the top with professionalism!!! Hands down the BEST service I have ever received!

Most everything was great. The service team is quick and efficient. However when it came tieMe to leave I was handed my invoice but noone made any attempt to explain the hand written notes about my vehicle. The batter section said..."too low to test"....I have no idea what that means and noone said anything about it. A week later I called to ask and was told my vehicle wasnt old enough and probably didn't need a new battery. It wasnt until I told them I had trouble starting my truck last winter where the guy on the phone said I might actually need a new battery.

I brought my vehicle in for a routine first oil change and tire rotation at 2:45pm for a 3pm appointment. 1:15 minutes later I went to check on my vehicle that was parked at the same location that I left it. I went to the service desk to find a group of people holding a conversation. I asked about my vehicle one of service guys asked my name I gave him my name and told him that I have been here since 2:45 for a oil change another service person was holding my keys and he told me that my appointment was for tomorrow and I told him no that it was today he told me that he saw the fourth on therefore he thought it was tomorrowmind you it’s 10/3/23 and the other service person told him that the appointment was today for 3pm at this time he asked one of the mechanics that he was talking with to do the oil change. I spoke with my salesman and told him that I would never come back here for service and to top everything else my other vehicle that I purchased there will not be coming there either. I left the place at 4:45pm. So to answer your question about my experience at Maguire in Baldwinsville it was not a good experience and I’m going to let my friend know if they ask me about Maguire.

Called to make an appt. was greeted with Eric who took my infor. Eric stated there were days avail, I took Friday. Dropped my car off, keys in Night Box and left. was called by Paul and stated car was ready, this is what we did. Everything was completed that I asked them to do.
