We rented a UHaul trailer and purchased an adapter for the lights for the trailer. The business Edward, provided us with excellent service and offered us extra help if needed anything else on our rental before we left. As this was a one way rental and our first UHaul rental that offer was both reassuring and provided us with more help contacting UHaul when our return of the trailer to a different Neighborhood UHaul did not correctly post as returned.PRO's on this transaction: overall this was great. Locations close to where we needed to rent and to return, friendly and knowledgeable assistance from Edward, including help when we called on the weekend, great equipment, clean and well maintained.Con's on this transaction: returning to a different location can be difficult to complete, but help was available so not a negative on the services received, just the process.

What a great place to rent a trailer! I have moved all over the country and used many different companies to do so. DeGroot was one of the best around. He definitely has earned his top 100 spot! Keep up the good work and thank you.

I've rented U-Hauls at this place numerous times and always had a great experience. The gentleman that runs it at the front desk is super nice and very helpful!

Ive rented Uhauls many times from this business and this man is awesome.. friendly and polite .. nothing but a Christian man... I will be calling him to see about getting my car detailed soon..

I rented a Uhaul truck. It was returned on Sunday when they were closed. Had a minor fender bender that left some white paint on the back near the bumper. No dents at all. This location is also a Decal Business which I'm sure they could have removed the paint with no issues and pretty quickly. When I received my receipt, on Sunday when they were closed, I was charged 150.00 damage fee without even a phone call. This is very poor customer service. The Accident Insurance was purchased with the rental.

This is the second time I've had DeGroot detail my car. The first time the car was a few months old and I wanted the exterior detailed before winter. He did a great job. This time (Spring 2021) I had the interior and exterior done. My car looked better inside and out than the day it came off the showroom floor! I couldn't have spent $200 in a better way. This service twice a year I'm sure is going to protect the value in my car.
