I went to Classy Chassy car wash on June 10th. There was considerable damage done to my vehicle. The car wash scratched up my right front bumper and scratched my lights. I got a estimate done and it's 1,400 in damage. I met with the district manager on Friday the 24th of June. He is refusing to accept any responsibility for my damages that I incurred on the 10th of June. I feel very upset that the car wash isn't willing to do anything to fix my vehicle. Although there has been other customer problems at this business. I strongly suggest people avoid this business.

This place is seriously amazing! My experience there today completely exceeded my expectations.. I was so blown away by the stellar customer service, that I didn't even mention what an excellent job they did on my vehicle in my Google review...I take reviews seriously and it's not often that I go out of my way to rave about a business but this place deserves a ten star rating. You have earned yourself a loyal customer CCC!! Special thanks to the M.O.D. You made my day man :)

I loved coming to this spot when it first opened. Self service bays were amazing. My past couple times I have been there though it’s been awful. Nothing ever works no pre soak, no tire and wheel cleaner. Garbages always packed in the self service bays and outside, all the cameras looks like they have been tampered with. Screw drivers and nails in the wash bays. Only good thing is a free vacuum.

I went here this morning and there was no change available in any machine, no tokens available at any machine so I went inside to cashier and same thing! Not a care in the world to the cashier!

They really pay attention to detail when going through the wash .... almost wash the whole vehicle before you even start going through!! Great employees as well .... love this place.

CLASSY CHASSIS.The car wash has all brand new automatic washes. This is my favorite car wash. Pull up to the door and you will be greeted by a fantastic staff. They will have you pull up and start spraying down your car. They then wash your car with soap and a brush. They basically wash your car before you even go through the automatic wash. The employee is sure to wash the parts that are usually missed by automatic washes (ie. The part of the side window next to the side mirrors) You are then sent on your way through the automatic wash. It washes and drys in less than five minutes. Give this place a try it is awesome with awesome staff.

Have to say this is the most caring automatic car wash around. They want the car to be spotless when done and the owner wants you happy. My fiancé bought me an unlimited number of car washes for a year as a Christmas gift last Christmas. One of the best gifts that keep on giving making my ride always looking clean. Highly recommend this car wash! The detail towel exchange when you go through is well worth the 3.00 one time charge if you do not have the unlimited wash package.

I went this morning to use the touchless wash, it was temporarily out of order. The owner pulls in, gets my attention and offers to get me into the other bay where they wash. It wasn't even 8:00 yet, but he made sure I got my car washed. I've received EXCELLENT service every time I go and will drive out of my way to go there if I need a wash.
