This place has gone down in quality. The person named Layla here is extremely rude and disrespectful to not only her coworkers but to anyone who enters the store.
I would not recommend bringing your children here since swearing and inappropriate behavior occurs when she is around.

Horrible service. Went to counter to order ice cream. Guy came over and said you need to go outside and get in line. He then literally ran away from the register saying I'm busy. Needless to say I didn't buy anything after that and won't return here. I work in customer service and that was the worst.

A convenient and relatively clean store with great morning staff. Unfortunately if you're looking for sweet treats for your kids this summer, I would look elsewhere once the sun goes down.. unless you want to be treated rudely with dirty looks and mumbles under the breaths of elderly female employees who clearly hate their job.

I went three hours before they closed and the women working was rude and refused to make me a milkshake because “they didn’t have” ice cream when there was a case full.

I went to your location 2005 W Genesee RdBaldwinsville, NY 13027 and I am extreamly discussed by the actions of one of your appearent supervisor. We go to this location all the time and dispite the several incidents of unprofessional behavior we have witnessed, including ignoring costumes to be on her phone and a general poor attitude with the costumers that come into thay location, something that i absolutely find disgusting is when a person in a leadership position is using derogatory language to employees. Calling them names like "stupid" "retarded" and treating them like they are less than human. Now people have bad days...so I admit I did not report this immediately because I was not sure what happen. But after talking to two other employees at this location, I was told that this is "typical behavior" on her part and that any time someone has reported her or brought up issues surounding her they have be either mistreated to the point of quiting, had hours cut or simply fired. Infact she has told employees "be ready because your going to be the next one to go as soon as i find your replacement." Honestly this behavior is absolutely sickening. Laila is the name of this supervisor, and I would like to ensure this message is heard by someone in you HR department and handled according. I am not going to drop this. The things ive heard her say to people is beyond unprofessional behavior and the fact that the employees i talked to have called this "normal behavior" and she "cant be touched" reflects a bigger problem. I would encourage HR not contact the other employees in the mornings and closing shifts. This is not the behavior i would expect from a corporate company like Byrne Dairy.

Absolutely disgusting. I got some food delivered from here and it was the worst. For starters it took them over a half hour to prep my food, when all I ordered was 5 mild Buffalo wings. Then when I finally received the order, the container was labeled medium, and there was only 4 wings and almost all of them were undercooked. I ended up having to throw the whole thing away and request a refund.

First time stopping here for lunch and was not disappointed! The young woman that helped me was super sweet and although she said she just started learning how to work the deli and her normal position was cashier, she made my turkey bacon club panini with such care, confidence and passion! It turned out delicious. And she was fast too! All the ingredients were fresh and the portions were a good size.I'll be coming back for sure

I was on a mission for supplies which I found. The cashier was friendly and cute. They always have my rainbow sherbet ice cream!
