“I never write reviews. It was my 11 year wedding anniversasry yesterday. My wife and I drove from Rochester, NY to eat a Friendys around the corrner. When we pulled into the parking lot of the Friendlys our car started making a weird banging noise. Ugh Almost 100 miles away from home.

We called the Local NISSAN dealer, and they couldn't see us same day. I called Goodyear and they said they could take a look at it when we brought it in. We finished our food, and took it over.

They were able to get it fixed, and on our way (FOR UNDER $100!) with in less than 25 minutes.

They could have charged me so much more, b/c we were effectly stranded, but they were honest, and told it was only a metal strap that had corroded. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.”

As this was a one way rental and our first UHaul rental that offer was both reassuring and provided us with more help contacting UHaul when our return of the trailer to a different Neighborhood UHaul did not correctly post as returned.PRO's on this transaction: overall this was great. Locations close to where we needed to rent and to return, friendly and knowledgeable assistance from Edward, including help when we called on the weekend, great equipment, clean and well maintained.Con's on this transaction: returning to a different location can be difficult to complete, but help was available so not a negative on the services received, just the process.”

“Growing up, I had a dad who could fix a lot of things on cars, and when he couldn’t, he always took them to Hudson & Mowins - still does! Now, as an adult, I moved away from Baldwinsville and have tried a few shops more local to me and nothing compares. Just recently, I brought my car back to Hudson & Mowins for a loud noise. I was prepared to wait in their nice waiting room for a while - brought a book and some snacks. It took them maybe half an hour to let me know what the issue was and I was on my way! The next week I went back for them to fix it. The process was flawless and they did a great job. Friendly, helpful and honest. They even told me my front tires were bad. When I told them I had ordered new tires and that they were on their way, there was no pressure from them. I believe I talked with Tom (?) who was great! Definitely recommend.”

“I would personally like to thank Tom, Chris and John tonight for showing us how compassionate and professional people can be. We came in this evening right before they were about to close because my poor son had found himself stranded in Syracuse this afternoon with a flat tire after locking himself out of his van. AAA took a long time to get to him and were able to unlock the vehicle and put on his spare tire for him to get him home.
We took the tire to MAVIS to have it checked for a leak and not only did they figure out the problem quickly and efficiently they did it without charging us. Here we came in expecting to pay but they replaced the stem valve and fixed it very quickly and made our day. I couldn't have asked to have greater guys help us out in our time of need.
