The best vet I have ever been to! I took in my Guinea pig today and they were awesome with her. The staff were all very friendly, and showed lots of love to my girl. She hadn’t been eating, so they showed me how to syringe feed and to my surprise, she wanted more! So they kindly packed me some to take home until I could get more, and will be calling me in a few days to check in. I highly recommend this vet, we had a wonderful experience.
Update: She didn’t end up making it. They were very sincere on the phone, and sent me a card a few days later. I now have it displayed on her stand. I can’t thank them enough.

I am so thankful for Dr Spindel and his team. They helped care for my 9-year-old rabbit when he was having complications.
I never felt left in the dark with their service. Dr. Spindel was so kind, knowledgeable, and entertained all of my many questions and concerns. The staff made me feel supported and were quick to get me updates and answers.
I felt the pricing was more than fair for my bunny since they are “exotic” animals.
When you speak with Dr. Spindel you can hear how many years of experience he has under his belt and I am so happy to have him as our Vet. He has incredible bedside manner when speaking with pet owners before and after an operation. I can’t express how grateful I am for his support and service.

As an established patient, they worked hard to fit my kitty in whenever she was sick. Once we had exhausted all options, they were so compassionate throughout the saying goodbye process.

I had always taken my birds here. They are very professional and know exactly how to handle birds. My conure is 7 years old and this is his first time going to a very. He desperately needed his nails trimmed. I thought for sure he'd be so stressed he wouldn't talk to me for a week... nope... he talked all the way home like nothing happened.

We have had nothing but the best care for our two dogs at Animal Ark. The staff is always friendly and Dr Spindel always has the time and patience to answer my questions! I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I would recommend this facility to anyone that wants their pet to have the best care!!

i brought my rabbit in for limping on one of his back legs. i was told he had lost a significant amount of weight, they asked me if he was still eating and drinking the same and i told them he was. no concern there i guess. they charged me $500 to sedate him, x ray him, and give him a bath. i was charged for a nail trim and i looked at his nails and they clearly didn't do that. i had a lovely conversation with his doctor and felt so relieved that he was going to be fine. then i took him home... he couldn't use any of his legs at all. wasn't using one side of his body, which is a sign of a stroke. he wasn't eating or drinking and literally couldn't move. this went on into the next day. he was clearly in so much pain. heavy breathing, grinding his teeth, looked miserable. i call back at 3pm friday. i was put on hold for 16 minutes when i said it was an emergency, and the doctor left for the day and wouldn't be back until monday... they said i could syringe feed him over the weekend until the doctor could see him, but i could not wait. i called my cat's vet in a panic saying my rabbit was not okay and not himself and they confirmed that he needed to be seen immediately. long story short, my bunny did not make it through the night. before this visit to animal ark he was a super excited bunny and always wanted to run and play! our other vet said his significant weight loss was a clear sign that some underlying issue was happening because he was eating fine which they knew, yet they put him under anesthesia anyways. could be a really really horrible tragic coincidence or an oversight. hope everyone had a nice long weekend while my rabbit suffered.

I think dr. Spindel was extremly thorough in our pets exam felt like i accomplished somthing and i felt like he did not cut corners
