I came to the farm today and was disappointed cause my boyfriend had come years before and it was great. For some reason, they only had 2 to 3 baked goods, which was upsetting, and if it's cause it's a weekday, that's kinda crappy. Standard should be held throughout every day. No animals that we could see and apples looked terrible. We also asked for a cup to go and were given shot glass sized cups. I'd come back if they held the Standard everyday but the inconsistencies are not my favorite. I bet it's a good farm they just have to make everyday a good one like on the weekends.

Weather was perfect today for some nice fall activities. Unfortunately, Abbots didn’t hit the mark. It was a little confusing trying to figure out where to get apple bags and where to go. Every row of apples was picked over, rotten and the majority of apples were split and on the ground. There wasn’t any structure to paying for things within the store and lines would be serpentine throughout. Bringing wheelbarrows in to buy pumpkins made it even more of a cluster and hassle. We checked out the fun zone and were told that everyone needed a $10 wristband - even though the activities are clearly meant for kids and I’m only there to supervise my kids. Most of the activities were dilapidated and not worth the price of admission for the four of us. There’s nothing here that would make me want to come back next year.

$10 a person to be able to enjoy(?) All they have to offer. You enter the White Arch for the corn maze and there is no corn maze. A field of dead sunflowers with a toilet on its side and a bunch of dead mice in it. A normal size pumpkin was $21. Face painting and jump pad was the best for small children.

Overpriced overwhelmed cashier alone with a line of 20 customers and the rest of the employees laughing about it and bad attitudes.

Best little gem in Baldwinsville we love this place every one is so nice and the whole experience is great for all ages. I will definitely continue to go back every year to support our community and small businesses. these little mom and pops are what makes America so great. We forget how important they are after this is how our country was built.

Hi I just made a comment on Abbott Farms Facebook how we went this past August and we were charged a extra $15 because the lady said we had 3 maybe 4 apples at the top of our bag that she believe didn't fit so she charged us extra $15 for another bag witch wasn't fair at all apparently they didn't like my comment and blocked me like really you guys suck and probably charged people all the time won't be coming back to your farm. Not cool at all DO BETTER Ressponding to the owner you really need to do better obviously you don't know how to treat your customers it's not very professional to talk to customers like the way you do I think as a business you should listen to your customers not tell them to not come back because you want them to come back without us there would be no you so like I said bfore DO BETTER

Cute little shop inside
They were severely understaffed on the weekend we went and the lines were super long. Their cider slushie was bland. Apples were easy to pick, I wish they were labeled by type on signs rather than a small piece of paper you have to carry with you.
The kids area was fine, they were entertained. I don't think I'll return but it was nice to try out

We had a wonderful time at Abbots!! The two grand children loved the play options. A long slide . . . a hugh bouncing pillow . . . and more!! We did the Corn Maze in a NY Mets design. We used the available QR code to put a real time GPS enabled Mr. Met on our phone so that we could see exactly where we were in the maze. That sure helped. Pumpkins on the vine were picked. Have a great time there. Oh . . . and don't forget delicious cider and fall food options to take home.

Do not come here. Find someplace else to pick apples, this place only wants your money.

I’ve been coming here for over a decade with the family and groups of friends. They go above and beyond to make a great wholesome experience for kids and families. I’ve been to a lot of orchards and the Abbotts apples are near perfect! They are a very generous and dedicated family business that should be praised for their hard work in putting these farm festivals together for the community.
