Line moves fast. Isabella, the lady with the unkept hair, and sunken eye bags is rude and dry. Whereas, the woman with long grey hair is quick, kind and straight to the point. I didn’t catch her name it starts with a M, but give her a raise!

I would have a 5 star review to offer if it weren’t for one of the employee that works there. I’m not surprise to see other negative reviews about who I believe to be the same person. Maybe she in her 40’s with salty and pepper hair, might be Latina. IDK but she is extremely rude. We all have good and bad days but goodness gracious. She has a bad attitude about 85% of the time I’ve been using this location . I hope she finds peace. Other than her, the other workers have good professionalism for the most part. But yea she definitely has the worst customer service of anyone I’ve encountered on this island.

Every single time I go I receive bad attitude from this older lady there, I think she’s the manager.. she is one miserable woman.. I go to other post offices to avoid her

All I did was go buy stamps but the clerk in-front was so aggressive. I pulled my debit card out too soon and she was so rude to me about it. I told her it was my mistake but I don’t know her demeanor was just so off.

Used to be a little hidden place that few knew about, now ALL of Hempstead is there because the Hempstead post office looks like downtown Mogadishu !
