Awesome experience! I hired The Brat Shack for my daughter’s sweet 16 on 7/20/24 in Hicksville, NY. They arrived early, set everything up to perfection, treats were very fresh and tasty, and everyone loved it! They came back the next day to collect everything. Excellent addition to the party.

I recently ordered custom pins/capias, for my godson's baptism, and I was absolutely thrilled with the results. From the start, the customer service was fantastic, when his full name could not fit , they quickly gave me a call for alternatives. My online order was also ready in just two days. I've ordered a second time already!

From the Emerald Crushed Velvet, to the chargers, to my dessert display to the backdrop... the bratshack did it all!! They have it all! They are so so so easy to work with. Pops loved his party, loved the look, and was blown away. Will be using them for all my parties!

I can't say enough good things about this party place! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. The rental process was incredibly smooth, and the staff was helpful and responsive throughout.The chairs and tables we rented were in pristine condition—clean, sturdy, and comfortable. It was evident that they take great care of their inventory. The setup was done efficiently, and everything was arranged exactly as we had requested.The staff went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success. They provided valuable suggestions and were flexible with our last-minute changes. The Brat Shack is the only place you need to go for all of your party needs . Customer service is amazing . Store is incredible . Whatever you are looking for to make your party special they have it ! They delivered & set up a back drop & balloon arch for my daughters baby shower . They were right on time with a quick set up. I asked them to match balloons to my daughters invite & cake & they did exactly that . Thank you for adding that special touch to my daughters special day

I went to severa different stores looking for specific color balloons to no avail. I googled party decorations store & The Brat Shack was recommended. I went to them & they couldn’t have been nicer & they have such a great assortment of different color balloons. They turned out just beautiful & definitely my new party store to go to for now on.

The Brat Shack is my new goto party store. They decorated the room for my husbands 60th birthday party. Everyone at the party was impressed with how beautifully the tables were decorated with balloons and party favors. The Brat Shack delivered the decorations and set them up according to the seatting chart I gave them a week before the part. I didn't have to worry about a thing!

We ordered the white couch for our wedding sweetheart table and it was perfect! It's very unique and adds a fun aspect to the room. The Brat Shack made it very easy to order and took care of everything.

I came to the place as a last minute add on I had professional flowers but wanted a balloons and an arch. I googled you, called you said you could accommodate my date in a week! I went in during lunchtime, drove about 30 minutes to see them, and they were busy. Even so, the couple there took their time with me. My "vision" kept changing and they were patient and even when she told me think about it. Did not pressure me. I came in that Tuesday she said you changed your mind didn't you and we both laughed. They weren't looking to get more money out of me but really looking to help me. I never felt shamed for changing my order they were just wanting to help me be happy with my decisions.
If I throw another party it would be just to work with you again!!! I truly mean that! Even my venue complimented your workers the maitre'd said they were here early, nice and great! Thank you both!!! xoxo
