I went to the Laundromat a little before 9pm and when I walked in the elderly hispanic worker told me it was too late that I wouldn’t finish by 10:30 I told her online it states they are open until 11:00pm she said yes but she has to clean and mop. She said next time come earlier and kicked us out. I barely stepped foot in the establishment when she denied us access. Very unprofessional.

I don't do reviews but the staff was so nice to me I'm not from the area I'm from queens and I only came here because my wife was getting her hair done close buy so I decided to do laundry while she was busy with that.

Depending on who's working for the night, the cleanliness suffers a bit. Also, it seems now a days it's hard to find a laundromat where Americans are welcome. Everything is either written in Spanish, the workers are Spanish, they almost never speak English and every single television is tuned into Hispanic shows....anybody else having this experience or is every U.S. Citizen bilingual except me?????! Their not required to be, so why should I...

Dryers do not work… and owners are no help either assisting with this matter. I asked for assistance with my clothes that I spent over $2.00 to dryer and was given the Kanye shrug and left to spend my own to dry my clothes . I DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND AS A PAYING CUSTOMER

employees are always angry and with bad attitudes. They never help and they solve everything with "I don't know" horrible services !!

More than half the machines say out of service and people eat on the tables and don’t clean up after themselves.

This place is great. Plenty of machines. Clean. You're on and out. I was there because my machine was not working and 2 hours later ALL my clothes were washed, dried and folded

It use to be one of the best laundromats around. Clean, new, nice environment. It’s still my preferred one, BUT I’m seeing the quality go down in real-time. Lots of washing and drying machines are NOT working and out of service. it’s been that way for a LONG time now. And as time goes by it seems more and more machines don’t work.I’m not even sure if the washer machines even wash the clothing right anymore, some of the machines display an “error slow fill” message on its screen, never use to see that before. No wonder I’ve washed some stuff before and was surprised how NOT wet the clothing feels.I don’t know what to think in regards to the washing machine, but due how to they won’t fix their out of service machines, I’m starting to think the whole place is falling apart.

Worst laundromat I've seen so far. Way too expensive compared to others around. Several machines out of service and dryers run cold. And if that's not enough, they charge $2 to issue new cards.
