I've ordered matting supplies from Stu-Art Supplies several times now, and I have been very happy with them. The quality and price of their art materials is excellent! I also have to give Stu-Art major kudos for their shipping/packaging expertise. I receive a lot of shipments from many businesses, and I must say that hands down, Stu-Art does the most professional boxed shipments! Their packaging is well designed, extremely sturdy, and all products carefully labelled and packaged. Each time a box arrives from their NY store to here is Southern California, the box itself never has any sign of openings or dents/crushing. It is that robust. I highly recommend Stu-Art Supplies.

Have you ever faced a stream of setbacks, and dared not ask yourself "What else can go wrong"? Well, that's how I felt when I needed to order three picture frames and called Stu Art Supplies. I could not afford to have one more problem else I'd miss my deadline. I was told Andy handles frame orders, but was busy at the moment and would call me back. Andy returned my call and although he was busy, he apologized for the delay. I could tell he was knowledgeable and he took my order in an expeditious and courteous manner. I asked for a time estimate when the frames would ship, and sure enough it shipped as he promised. Everything arrived without a hitch, which broke my roll with misfortune. It's always a pleasure doing business with Stu Arts and I'm extremely grateful for Andy's help to cross the finish line. Mahalo, Andy!

I needed to prepare some canvases to be hung for a show. I couldn’t use a regular frame and wasn’t sure what to do. They were kind enough to explain how to go about it and gave me the necessary bolts, screws and wire without charge. Nice. They do beautiful framing and I will go back.
